This is to a certain individual that just left the poor review (peopleās advocate) for one you hide behind a title, I am going to take a guess at your frustration, you were upset because they were out of a certain ingredient or possibly food or drink and instead of understanding the process and procedures you decided to take out your frustration on the person at the window, who was I am guessing more than respectable but you being the entitled person you are decided to be rude, disrespectful and out right belligerent, the partners in the Starbucks chain do not make the rules, they do not decide on where the products come from so instead of being rude and disrespectful show some respect for the people that serve you your morning coffee, and if you really truly donāt like the Starbucks way then by all means there is a MacDonaldās and a Tim Hortonās across the parking lotā¦ā¦. Oh but wait this is more of a status thing for you I bet, so you can walk in and show everyone you drink a $8.00 coffee everyday.
And one other thing I bet you are the type of person that has the US app installed and you try and get the people at Starbucks to honour the deals from the US here in Canada?? I actually donāt have to guess cause I already know because you are that type of person.
Just so you know I was in the store when you came in and you were rude to the people in the Starbucks who were not rude and were more than accommodating but asked you to leave once you became hostile and rude. Just remember you get treated the way you treat others.. I truly hope you had an amazing day yesterday cause I am sure you did your part in making those hard working people in Starbucks feel...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the second time Iāve had an issue at this location. Iāve stopped by 3 times, and when 2/3 are a horrible experience, itās not worth it. Your staff is rude and dismissive. They lack customer service skills as well. You clearly donāt have enough blenders. I would highly suggest investing in more as the summer season comes, especially as you continue to have promotions. Although I understand lack of equipment is not in the control of your staff, completing orders of the same style made after me is. It got to a point where I swear they forgot my order was being made, 2 people who physically ordered after me got their orders before I did, as well as the couple in front of me. Communication with your customers is key, and once again - this store lacks with. 20 minutes for an order is a little ridiculous. First if we have 4 food items you are supposed to give a bag and if not i have no issues in asking for it but #HAILEY or whatever her name is, is making faces like i asked her to do something which is not a part of your job. Secondly i asked for sriracha and with the worst attitude you can have she said ask for it beforehand. Why should it matter if i asked beforehand or after.
