Tried to get take out here on Mothers day. I knew it would be a busy day for them so I called 2hr early and put in our order. When my daughter went to pick up the order it was not ready and she was told "10 minutes". She paid for the food and waited and waited checking every 10 minutes to see if it was ready. She saw people come and go with orders but not ours. Meanwhile we had a house full of people waiting for food to arrive. After an hour a told her just to get a refund and we would get something else. She was told "we don't do refunds" and forced to wait longer. Finally after an hour and half a lady jammed a bag at here and said "here's your order" without so much as a "sorry for your wait". When we opened up the bag at home it was completely the wrong order. Then minutes later the phone rang and it was Cha Baa thai calling. My wife picked up the phone and the lady from the restaurant said bluntly "are you picking up your order or what?". Clearly, they had finally made the correct order 2nrs late and not realized my daughter had already left with the wrong order she had been given and they were now upset we weren't there to pick it up! My wife filled them in on the whole situation and they said we would get our correct order anytime we wanted in the future. This did not make us happy as they should have offered to refund the whole order. Two days later i called to take them up on their offer of replacing our order for free and the manager todl me they would only give us half of what we had ordered since we did pick up some food on Mothers day. Are you kidding me? I promptly told them what they could do with their food and I will never set foot in any of their locations again. Yesterday we thought would give Thai cuisine a try and decided to give ChaBaa Thai a try. My wife and daughter have eaten there before but this was my first time.

First I would like to say that the restaurant has a nice cozy feel to it. Our server was very attentive and quick to get anything we needed.

We ordered the Birds Nest, spring rolls and I ordered thai wonton soup for appetizers which were all great. The wonton soup had large wonton and there was a good amount unlike some places only give you a couple. The birds nest had a beautiful presentation and the pork was mild to the palate. Their spring rolls were hot, crispy and tastey. My 11 year old daughter really enjoyed the spring rolls.

For the main course we ordered Mango Prawns with a side of white rice. My wife ordered Thai Noodle soup with Prawns and my daughter ordered cashew tofu which they both really enjoyed. Their prices were also very reasonable which I was impressed with.

The only area of opportunity that I could really see was I would recommend just giving people a little time to relax after they finish their meal. I dhonestky don't believe it was intentional which is why I am giving a 5 star, but our waitress was very quick and attentive so we had our bill just as we were finishing up. The only other area area of opportunity would be to have desert added to the menu. I asked for the desert menu and was told that they don't serve desert at this location.

I didn't want to go public with our bad experience at ChaBaa Thai Bedford, but after 4 calls to the Bedford location to speak with the manager who seems to be never around I'm going this route. My wife and I visit the Bedford location on Saturday for dinner. MY wife ordered Sweet and Sour pork and I ordered green curry pork. When our order arrived it was oblivious it was chicken on the plate. We brought this to the waitress attention and she tried to tell us the chicken and pork look the same. My wife started to eat her meal and knew it was chicken. My wife when to the front to bring this to the waitress attention, who came back to the table. She still deny that it was chicken. I continue to eat my meal until I seen a hair on my plate. Again we had to go to counter to get someone attention. The waitress commented it was a small hair. This is the second time (couple months ago it happen) I have had hair on my plate. My meal was replaced. When the waitress brought my replacement she mention, when she placed the order that she did make a mistake and entered chicken for my wife order.
