I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tim Hortons located at 6017 Parkwood Rd in Blackfalds, AB, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience.

From stuck up snobby managers to lazy staff this tim hortons has its issues. Employees seem to be rushed in preparing orders, and try to push you through as fast as possible and get impatient if you have to pay with anything but tap. The management is less than competent and disgraceful to the name of a canadian company,they dont take a split second to listen to the customer if they got the order wrong, over charged you, or gave you back incorrect change, the head manager pretty well just tells you to pound sand and deal with what you were given. I have had a few encounters with a manager named kerry and everytime she is extremely rude and condescending to the customer and employees, she once refused to fix my order whoch she got wrong, and i had heard her threaten an employee with their job for not being fast enough. Another time i had recieved another customers order and they refused to take it back at the drive through window so i had to go inside and explain for 30 minutes that it was wrong and not what i had ordered. The drive through can be slippery in the winter as they usually dont sand/gravel the usual ice build up spots either, i have since wrecked and had to replace 2 rims on my vehicles due to sliding through their drive through lane and hitting the curb, when brought to the attention of the head manager i was told that it wasnt their problem and that she didnt care. Seeing as how I had a nice review when it decided to all erase I'll keep it shorter. My review is directed at MANAGEMENT not staff because I don't go here often at all. I do not like Tim Hortons. Allow more time for staff to complete orders or figure out your 'assembly line' better Train and equip your staff with the knowledge, skills, and abilities they need to perform satisfactorily STOP cutting back on wages. It actually causes you to lose more customers than it does in gaining you more profit. You need more people taking orders especially INSIDE the store. Way too much focus on the drive thru. Not to mention those staff aren't happy either. IMPLEMENT positive workplace culture. Its terrible! I don't think I've seen even ONE staff member happy to be working at this location. It really puts a bad mood and atmosphere in the place. And little doubt it probably has to do with management.
