Great place to eat at Bowen Island. They serve breakfast and brunch items, baked products like cookies, pastries, bars and bread. The place is not that big and tends to be crowded as this is a popular place. They have indoor and outdoor seating area. They have a living room style seating, communal table, and patio seating. I ordered Chicken Hibiscus Bowl for 22CAD. It was good, filling and flavorful. It’s basically grilled chicken, with salad greens, cucumber, avocado, orange and quinoa. For desert I got the Pistachio Bar for 4.50CAD. It was great as always, this is my favorite dessert to get. The service was quick considering I came in weekend noon time which is a busy time. The staff were nice. I highly recommend to visit Artisan Eats when you go to Bowen. It is a walking distance from the Ferry but a bit uphill so be prepared for that. What a fantastic place to have a meal with your friends. Bowen Island is the place to be. I was really grateful to connect with a couple of my friends that live over on Bowen Island and this is where we had a meal together. This artisan Café is absolutely excellent. Make sure you get there early on a Sunday because everybody and their dog I mean their dog will be there. They have great choices of sandwiches and salad and baked goods and specialty coffees and drinks and you name it. The atmosphere is electric and you're just happy to be there. We ordered the smoked salmon, croissant, and apple and fennel salad; Greek salad; Orange crackle cookies, an artisan loaf of bread for later, and they have mini beignets. Wowza.
