Ok, so let's start off by saying, what a hidden gem this establishment is. At first appearance it looks like a hole in the wall, and that is no understatement, and absolute dive, but if you are able to judge a book not by its cover, you just might find a world of flavour, and spiritual awakening.

THIS PLACE is unbelievably delicious. Its Portuguese flare, and their hot sauce is treated like liquid gold, seriously, you have to negotiate , beg, and plead for extra, if when you're willing to pay for it. I drink it like tea. Whatever the recipe is for this food, it's gotta be protected better than the Coca Cola recipe. There is no dish this hot sauce would not wake up , and if the food is already live, like Tic Tac it's really the next closest thing to heaven on earth, and certainly the best place in Bradford.

I LOVE this place, I try and get it regularly and I drive 60 minutes round trip to get the Family Deal. It's unbelievably affordable, and the best price to cost ratio in Ontario, maybe Canada, certainly without a doubt Simcoe County. The Chicken is crispy, flavourful, and seasoned to transcendence.

At first appearance, it looks like a dive bar, that caters to the Soccer fan, and neighbourhood winos, but like I said earlier, it's that and so very much more. Please prospect this eatery for yourself, and unearth this Gem for yourself, do not forget to try the hot sauce. It is life.

I've had my share of Portuguese chicken and have had experiences that emulate the Christmas Vacation turkey meal. A friend recommended this place to me and said I wouldnt be disappointed. She was right. Now, if you are looking for a place for fine dining, keep driving. This place is definitely not posh. However if you are looking for great chicken you will want to visit. Huge half chickens with a healthy portion of potatoes and rice. Ended up being 2 meals for me. The galinga was plump and juicy and the piri piri was thick and not watery like other places. Old school Portuguese staff and a no frills atmosphere at a price you can't afford to say no to. Tic tac will be going on my Tic Tok....no it won't, I don't do Tik Tok.....but...
