My Roti Place/My Dosa Place — Restaurant in Bradford West Gwillimbury

Pretty disappointed with the service. I called to order a butter chicken bowl on basmati rice and a chicken Marsala roti. We ended up receiving a curry chicken roti after I confirmed with the lady on the phone and repeated myself 4 times.

Probably won’t be returning anytime soon…

Such a great spot for Roti and Indian dishes! We ordered a butter chicken roti and a chicken tikka masala roti along with a yummy paneer.

The flavours in the roti's were incredible, very well made and quality chicken. We didn't have a dry piece of chicken at all! The yummy paneer was delicious where it was deep fried in a coating and served with a lovely cilantro lime cream sauce.

We loved that it came with some extras which just added to the experience of a great take home meal! We're super excited to try more meals from the menu in the future!

We also LOVE that the menu very clearly identifies that which dishes are vegetarian & gluten free! This is great as I have some friends who are celiac and would be so great to share an experience like...

I’m visiting Canada from the UK and happened to casually try My Roti Place / My Dosa Place in Bradford — and honestly, I was mind-blown by how amazing everything was!

I tried only the vegetarian dishes, and every single item was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. A special shoutout to Mullai Satheesh, who was absolutely fantastic — he suggested a few options that turned out to be spot on!

I visited with my kid, and the small gestures really stood out — they offered a gulab jamun and some papad (phyrums) for my child, both complimentary. Such thoughtful touches truly make a difference.

The staff were friendly, the food presentation was excellent, and overall, it was a memorable dining experience.

Good customer service, unfortunately all curries (butter chicken and lamb vindaloo) was extremely watery with very few pieces of meat. Edit - a day after I left this review, a female from the store called me and harassed me for leaving the review. I explained it was in my right to leave this review and that my only intention is people knew what the order would consist off (not your typical curry). The review I left was pretty in par with what the other reviews said- however I assume she is not making this call to everyone? I have to wonder if she took advantage of knowing my name was a south Asian name and to call and start yelling. It was very unprofessional and I debated for a few days if I should publicize this, but I think upper management should know what is going on as I don't want the whole franchise to be...
