Today May 15, 2023 at 12 noon. I was in the drive thru ordering 2 chocolate muffin, western in plain bagel, bagel with bacon, Cheeze, 2 crosssand, 1 chocolate drink, 1 blueberry muffin. The men manager wearing black uniform and wearing eye glasses. I ask his name but he did not give his name to me. Is very rude and liar. He told me I cannot do asking what is my 1st order because they are busy. I said no other vehicle in drive thru it’s only me. He said they are busy assisting customer inside the store. I went inside the store it takes 1 minute because I’m only in the drive thru. When I go out in my car. One old men came out. Nobody inside the store. I took the picture to proof that nobody’s inside. If you need the proof. I can send it. I’m local in Bradford and I’m regular customer always buying in this store. Now, you lost your regular customer. The manager need to be train in Customer service and not rude to the customer and lying. He is not suppose to be a manager. I found out he is a manager when I call the store looking for manager. Read moreI went into this location to grab a dozen donuts. I was greeted right away and started picking my donuts after only ordering 4 donuts the associate stopped without saying a word to take an order over the headset for drive thru. Ok fine but then the associate continued to go make the order for drive thru. As if to say that drive thru is more important and if I want to be valued as a customer I should drive thru instead of coming in the store. I asked to speak to the manager and a supervisor came out was visibly upset with the employee for stopping mid order but the employee looked confused as if this is the norm and this is how they always deal with things. Read moreI visit the Bradford location 3-4 times a week. Recently, I went to the drive thru and ordered 3 sub sandwiches. Neither the person taking my order nor the individual making the food was wearing masks or gloves. The pandic numbers have been rising in recent days too. The worst part was when the person gave me my food she accidently scratched my hand. When I alerted the head office about this, I was told that they would have the franchise owner call me. To date, I have not heard from them. When I let the head office know the person told me she was moving all weekend and hadn't contacted the franchisee yet. Wow!
