Uni Bubble Tea cafe — Restaurant in Bradford West Gwillimbury

I had such an amazing experience at Uni Bubble Tea that I just had to write about it! From the moment I walked in, the place felt super welcoming and vibrant — the kind of cozy, cheerful atmosphere that instantly lifts your mood. The staff were really friendly and patient while I decided what to order (their menu has so many tempting choices!).

I ended up getting a classic brown sugar milk tea with pearls, and it was absolutely perfect — not too sweet, super creamy, and the pearls were fresh and chewy, just the way I like them. You can really tell they care about quality because every sip tasted balanced and refreshing.

What I loved most is that it’s not just about the drinks — the whole vibe is amazing. The shop is clean, nicely decorated, and it’s a great place to hang out with friends or even just chill alone with your drink.

Overall, Uni Bubble Tea has quickly become one of my favorite spots. Great drinks, great people, and a really relaxing atmosphere. If you love bubble tea, you definitely need to check this place out — it’s a 10/10...

First time and last time. Went for some bubble tea with my sister, was completely ignored by the worker, she did not acknowledge us or anything as we are standing right at the counter looking at the menu. There were two other customers in the store who were at the tables. Another customer came in after us and she clearly acknowledged that customer but not us.

She completely charged the order incorrectly (charged two drinks when my sister ordered one). When my sister tried to clarify her order, and we clearly stated there was only one drink, the worker said “ok” and still proceeded to make two drinks. Worker was not knowledgeable about the products and also could not take the time to actually listen to what the order was.

We decided to take the drinks anyways because the worker clearly could not care any less for good customer service. Drinks were tasteless, watered down and probably the worst BBT I’ve ever had. Not worth the money and definitely not...

Edit: I am changing my review to a 5 from a 1. My initial experience with Uni Bubble tea wasn't great, however, over time I've started frequenting the restaurant more and now come in 1-3 times a week for a bubble tea and some pho. Their tea's have gotten better and so has their food. The servers are also always friendly and say hello when you walk in, which is a nice touch.

I'm leaving my former review below so that people can see that it's possible for service to improve drastically.

Was excited that there was a bubble tea place right next to my house as I just moved into the area. Went in to get bubble tea twice and BOTH times the tapioca was all stuck together and inseparable. I also went to get food once, got the stewed beef with rice, I wasn't expecting super high quality, but I was at the very least expecting my food to be warm. The potatoes were completely cold on the inside and you can tell that they just stuck the meal in the microwave...
