Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Bradford West Gwillimbury

Unfortunately, Pizza Nova has really declined in quality since I was a kid. I’ve had two back-to-back disappointing experiences at this location.

The first time, I was told the wait would be 50 minutes on a Tuesday evening, only to pick up a lukewarm pizza. After calling to express my concern, I was given a store credit. I used that credit tonight and paid an additional $25 for a large pizza with three toppings and two sauces—which feels steep compared to other pizza places.

When I got home, I found the pizza was barely cooked. The pepperoni was still soft and underdone. I called again and was offered another credit, but at this point, I’m not even sure I want to use it.

This location has been particularly disappointing, which seems to be a trend based on other Google reviews. Sadly, even at other locations, I’ve noticed the overall quality from Pizza Nova has taken a downturn. Extremely disappointing from a brand I used to love. I hope the franchise takes steps to address these issues—this location especially could really use a visit...

No star if the option is available. Bad bad service, never go back. We ordered in advance and PAID for by phone. We still waited for over 20 mins at the store and could be still waiting if I didn’t stop the only guy who works there on a first Summer Sunday night. He was too busy preparing other orders in the back and completely ignored those waiting in line. I had to stop him to give us our pizza that we ordered 45 mins ago and paid for. He kept shouting at us to wait! Wait! No apology nothing. He was keep making someone else orders while we kept waiting until I stopped him again!!! What were we waiting for??? I told him to just grab the pizza and give it to us, it’s paid for!!!! It took him less than 2 mins to complete the transaction at the end! It was horrible sandwiches. I ordered a chicken sandwich as well, they both were thrown into our compost. I wasted 30.00. Please look and eat at California Sandwiches and eat there. I had asked for the sandwiches to be separated from the bun because the sandwich of a horrible cooked piece of veal and chicken won’t be soggy. Well it was a waste of money. In these times of Covid, who needs to waste money!!!! The second picture is of California Sandwiches. Please staff taste their sandwiches and you will definitely understand! Their sandwiches are meaty and well moist and not a piece of over cooked burnt one piece thin meat. It looked like a process meat. It definitely was NOT fresh.
