Came in tonight to grab some dinner and we won’t ever be coming back again, and we were regular customers here for a while. We were served by Agansha (I hope i am spelling that correctly).

She was unprofessional and rude from the moment we walked in. Sighing and rolling her eyes when my partner asked for more sour cream. I asked her to not talk to us that way because it was off putting and rude. When she placed the burritos in front of us she just looked up and said’ “on it?”, and stared us down. I couldn’t believe her behaviour. I get everyone has an off night and customer service is not an easy job, but there is never an excuse to treat your customers this way.

I will be calling head office tomorrow to address this issue, we got into a fight because the burrito broke and I asked her to re-wrap it in a new one. She was being condescending and brash, as if we had done something personally to her? So bizarre.

I’m a student, came here with a friend and ordered 3 small student burritos (5,49$) each. I was overcharged, 32 dollars for 3 small student meal burritos, when I asked about the price they mentioned that the burrito was only 5,49 after you bought one, this made no sense because nowhere on their “specials” sign did it say anything related to that. Furthermore our “3 small student burritos” were written down as “mild chicken burrito”x2 with the 3rd being “student meal” for 8 dollars. I thought it couldn’t get worse but the inside of our burritos were cold, as if the meat and condiments were heated up. I feel completely scammed and grossed after coming here. And after reading over some other reviews it clearly shows that management does not care about their customers, they send the same “apologetic” response to every source...

Placed an online order with an estimated order completion time at 12:40pm and didn't receive the order until 1:10pm there was 2 other customers infront of me so I didn't really mind the wait then 3 more customers came in and the staff prioritized their orders before mine.
