Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Bradford West Gwillimbury

$35 for a ten piece meal deal ok so just under $40 tax in cool. Nope . Almost $42. All I asked for ,and I've done this before, was all spicy except for one of the white meat pieces to be mild. Done it before and never a had problem but this time they tack on a "white meat charge" of almost $2. When I ask what that is it's explained to me that I need to pay for the mild piece I ordered. So I explain that I don't want an extra piece of chicken just the ten pieces. Guys not getting it and insists that that because I asked for what I did this up charge needs to be applied. Then an older woman comes by and says the same thing to which I explain again that there are ten pieces to which half should be white and all I'm asking for is that one of them be mild. NO she says in the ten piece deal only one or maybe two are white meat . To which I point at the deal placard and ask "where does it say that? " because it doesn't. I've seen cheaper deals that are dark meat only and I've never purchased it because my family is split on what we prefer and I think for $35 it's fair to say there should be more than one or two pieces of white meat. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, and I must say, the food quality was beyond exceptional! Theres no option for 0 rating... this popeyes location is the worst ever i been to and very poor customer service. Never going again! Even 3.9 rating for this location is overrated! Unfortunately bradford doesnt have another popeyes location. We need new management here ASAP!

That old man needs to learn customer service. Food is not properly cooked and very greasy! It stinked the last time i got food from here

Also It used to show you are open 24hr it doesnt now so thank you for showing some change i have removed that part from my review.
