Update: our order was $32.00 and they would only refund us $25.00 because apparently there was an issue with their machine. We donāt even care about the $7.00 at this point my boyfriend was so angry that he took the cash and left. Do not order from here. Rude, thieves and hostile. Never have I experienced such unprofessional behaviour from an establishment.
Terrible, terrible customer service. Their food is amazing but we will never order from here again. There was a mistake made and I was given a dish that didnāt come with the combo I ordered - my boyfriend went back and was told that it was their mistake, but that they simply couldnāt fix it and that they would make things right ānext timeā
We explained that we were hoping to have the correct order this time, as I could not eat what was given to me. Mistakes happen thatās fine, but they werenāt even willing to replace the mistake with the correct order. I donāt understand this at all. My boyfriend left as he didnāt have my debit card to get a return, so I called them to let him know heād be back in a few minutes so that we could get a refund on the incorrect order.
I was at first talking to a younger sounding man, and he quickly passed the phone over to someone sounding a lot older once I informed him who I was and why I was calling. This man screamed at me over the phone, saying that their chicken chow Mein ( what I ordered ) on the menu really stands for chop suey (what I got by mistake), and that it was my fault for not knowing the difference. He told me they were the same thing, and that there was nothing they can do.

I would steer clear from this place and go literally anywhere else - they will berate you and make you feel stupid if there is any order discrepancies. Itās a shame, because their food...

However, I ordered from them recently for a party and spent over $250 but the food was bad, there was no taste for the Singapore noodles and the ginger beef had 80% vegetables and only 20% meat. My guests literally had to dig the tray for the meat and they repeatedly mentioned that the food had no sort of taste, which was so embarrassing for us. When I called the store and spoke to one of the lady owners her exact words were ādo you know how much beef costs for usā? Really, who says that? We all live through inflation and we know prices have went up, if your spending more for beef, bump up your prices and give the proper amount of beef. In fact, when I was placing the order in store for my party Iāve specifically mentioned that I wanted more meat and that I will pay extra if I have to but they said they donāt do such thing for party orders but at least give your customers half meat and half vegetables. Moreover, the man in the back (I think he is one of the owners too), he is SUPER rude, no sense of manners or respect in front of customers, he screams all the time. This store is a no go for...

My fiancĆ© works in the food industry and was talking to some high school kids who frequent the plaza for lunch breaks. He was warned by the kids not to order from Great Wall because āthereās bugs in their foodā I guess he thought it was just high school kids being kids. But NO! He bought food from Great Wall and brought it home. Of course I had some, and THERE IT WAS AN ANT WITH WINGS IN THE RAMEN NOODLES AND SESAME CHICKEN!After I already ate a few bites. Iām just so disgusted. The fact that numerous people have experienced this, itās not just a one off incident type of situation. Apparently it happens often from what Iāve heard now.
