Nestled in Brampton, VH Cafe is a culinary gem that beautifully melds authentic Indian flavors with innovative twists, earning its title as a fusion cafe. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with a symphony of aromas that promise a culinary adventure like no other.
My recent visit to VH Cafe left an indelible mark on my taste buds. The authenticity of Indian flavors, coupled with their unique ketchups and sauces, truly sets this establishment apart. One standout offering was their Masala Tea, an unparalleled experience that left me craving for more. It's safe to say, it's the best rendition of Masala Tea I've encountered in Toronto.
The journey through their menu continued with their Grilled Sandwich, a nostalgic reminder of home with its authentic taste and quality. Each bite felt like a journey back to the streets of India, where flavors dance harmoniously on the palate.
For those seeking a sweet indulgence, the Oreo Strawberry Milkshake is a must-try. Creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced, it's a delightful concoction that satisfies even the most discerning sweet tooth.
However, the true star of the show was their Masala Fries. A fusion of French fries with Indian sauces, it's a flavor explosion that lingers long after the last bite. The perfect combination of crispy fries and bold, aromatic spices makes it an unforgettable culinary experience.
And let's not forget the Vadapav, a spicy delight that leaves a lasting impression. The burst of flavors, coupled with the lingering heat, ensures that every bite is an adventure.
In summary, VH Cafe is more than just a dining experience; it's a culinary journey that tantalizes the senses and leaves you craving for more. With its authentic Indian flavors, innovative twists, and impeccable service, it's a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts seeking a fusion delight. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable...

Located in an unassuming Plaza, this place just amazes you when it comes to their food and their service. The owner, Miss Hetal is a great host and along with her staff, she makes sure that they leave a great impression. And when I say that, I mean for both food and the service. I got talking with her and got to know that she carefully curates the recipes herself, makes sure that only the freshest ingredients make it to the plate. She told us that she procures the filter coffee beans from Kerala, India. And boy I could taste the difference in the coffee.
I tried their Vada Paav, and it was nothing short of authentic. I have tried the Vada Paav at a lot of places and this one is right at the top. Their lemonade hits you differently and felt so refreshing. For me, the bragging rights is taken by their Aaloo Tikki burger. Mind you, it's not your regular aaloo Tikki burger that you get elsewhere with a hash brown sandwiched inside stale buns. This one comes with a proper Aaloo Tikki, which was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside with fresh buns and some tomato and onion accompanying them. This has been a rare find and you would know the taste if you would have had Aaloo Tikki burger back in India.
This place with its exceptional food and service is sure to be a great place to hand out in the future. Take my word, visit them and you would thank me for...
Read moreOverseas customer and visiting Canada for my summer holidays. This is the second time I have tried Cafe VH, once was take away but today was eat in. The food was amazing and tasty, and service was great too however gave feedback on dabeli particularly as the filling was not enough compared to the price I was charged. The rest of the food was really good. It's slightly on a hidden spot hence could be quite around 8 pm.
As per other reviews I can see so many people have mentioned about this place running on one person only. There should be two people working in the area for reason being 1. Health and safety. In case of any emergencies. 2. Personal safety and well-being. 3. Waiting to get the food was extremely long as he was taking orders and preparing them accordingly is time taking. Too much pressure on one person. They do take telephone orders too so more staff could help process orders quickly means happy customers. The staff was working hard and trying his best to please all the customers. They also have some games that you can play while in Cafe and waiting for example carrom, chess and playing cards. Great spot to hang out with...
