Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Brampton

The food from Domino’s Pizza I find is overall the same from any location, doesn’t matter which location you choose to order from. I like dominoes overall food and has never been a dissatisfied experience. This review I leave for this specific location. The customer service could be a little bit more professional and the employees who are trained to take carry out and in person orders could use a bit more training on customer services but overall it’s not as awful as some locations I singly can say I will never be back for how they treated me. The food is one thing but what my reviews are mostly about and overall based is a truthful bias on how I was treated and my experience based on how the customer service experience is. Overall, this location is a more positive experience and recommended personal experience than the one from any of the other locations in Brampton. At least I have been treated with more respect than the other location a few KM away from this location. Placed an order @ 5:05pm for pick up I called the store after 45 min as the tracker showed order received with no update I was then advised that they were really busy it won't be too much longer I called again at 6pm as I had sent my husband to pick up the order and it still wasn't available so he left and came home I called the store again at 6:10pm and the person that answered the phone sorry wasn't given a name tried to tell me that he was calling me to come pick up the order this is a bunch of lies nobody called my phone from this store or any Domino's for that matter he proceeded to tell me that my order is ready when I asked to speak to a manager low and behold there was no manager available how interesting End result my complete order was freezing cold tasted nasty to say the least for your reference the order # is 42 if anyone even reads this I have ordered many times from this location but I will be very very hesitant to place future orders from this location peel centre...

This 1 star is for the front desk person named Atul. We ordered a pizza today from here as well as dip. We wanted to try Cheddar Habanero dip but wasn’t sure about the taste. I asked a simple question like “How does it taste, is it spicy or mild?” The guy didn’t replied and asked do you want pops with that or what? When I again asked him the same question, his response was “how would I know how spicy you prefer. It is up to you.” When you are standing on the front desk, you should have basic knowledge of the taste of the items you are selling no? Never saw someone having zero knowledge of what “spicy” means.
