The meal started with the Hare Masale ki Tikki, a flavorful and perfectly spiced appetizer that set the tone for the rest of the evening. The Chilli Chicken was equally impressive—tender, juicy, and packed with bold flavors that left me wanting more.

For the main course, I tried the Creamy Burnt Garlic Pasta with Veggies. While the dish was delicious with its rich, garlicky sauce and perfectly cooked pasta, the addition of cauliflower felt a bit out of place. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of the dish.

The Sizzling Brownie was the star of the show—a decadent, warm brownie served on a sizzling platter with a scoop of ice cream. It was the perfect ending to the meal. The Blue Hawaiian Drink, reminiscent of a pina colada, was refreshing and complemented the food beautifully.

Service: The service at Desi Road was exceptional. Tarun and Honey went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. They were attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations.

We had our first visit to Desi Road, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Normally, we’re quite hesitant to try new restaurants due to our specific dietary restrictions. We are vegetarians and prefer our food to be extremely mild, but still have the authentic Indian flavours of the different spices. However, from the moment we stepped inside, the positive vibes and warm atmosphere set us at ease.

The welcome we received from a smiling hostess was like a breath of fresh air. Desi Road has redefined customer service in Indian restaurants across Brampton and the GTA. We have never encountered such an exceptional level of service anywhere else. The staff were not only professional but incredibly friendly and attentive. Our main servers, Rupansh, Twisha, and Mamta, were a dream team! The TRIO made sure all our dietary needs were met with grace and care, and their kindness was unmatched. The cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail were outstanding.

The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, and best of all—it was mild, just the way we like it! Meeting the owner, Hitesh Rana, was the cherry on top. He was humble, personable, and clearly passionate about creating a top-notch experience for his guests. I must applaud the owner for providing top notch hospitality and customer service training to the staff. The staff and the kitchen are the ones who make it or break it.

A Hidden Gem – Exquisite Dining Experience. Desi Road Bramalea exceeded all expectations! From the outside, you might not realize what a stunning experience awaits, but as soon as you step through the entrance, you’re greeted by a beautiful foyer complete with a cherry blossom tree and a welcoming host desk. The grand entrance leads you into a dining hall like no other!

The ambiance is next-level, with attention to detail that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a resort. The centerpiece waterfall with its misty fog adds a magical touch, and the soft lighting combined with the high ceilings creates an elegant yet cozy atmosphere. Whether you’re dining at one of the large communal tables, lounging in a booth, or enjoying a drink at the stunning grand bar, every corner of this restaurant is thoughtfully designed.

The service was impeccable. Our waiter not only gave us excellent recommendations of the top-selling dishes but also made sure we had the best experience possible. The appetizers were beautifully presented, and the taste? Absolutely divine—better than we could have imagined! The hand-crafted drinks were delicious, and the main course was a masterpiece—freshly prepared with such care. Watching the chefs cook through the glass window was a treat.
