Rajdhani Express Bramalea City Centre (BCC) — Restaurant in Brampton

It wasn't good experience to order there, i went there few days ago, they were taking so long for orders even with 2-3 customers, went again 2nd time, ordered dahi bhalla, which was flooded with yogurt only, even mentioned clearly not to put any spice but still she sprinkled red chilli powder in good quantity, I totally understand food places are always busy, but atleast if there is no customer and 3 people are working and when someone come , they look at you and then what......talking to each other, busy with their own work, they don't bother to say like hi or give me a minute, and u just feel ignored while they look at you, they don't even notice if customers are leaving or not, they don't care, probably earned enough so they don't care about loosing more customers, i wasn't planning to give any reviews, thought to let it go but when I received the food, that made me mad because its not only money its not worth waiting for that long to get bad service, so you should better hire new staff or get...

I am a foodie and love visiting new restaurants, quick bite places and I was very excited to see so many quick bites, but it wasn’t to the expectation, people will have if your are trying to have the food and feel happy. I ordered samosa chat, looked like samosa was smelling due to it being refried not fresh. And gave a bad smell. Thalis are also ok. And one day I ordered amritsari kulcha, the staff didn’t inform me that it will take time, i stood like a fool when lot’s of people ordered after me already took their orders and went. I had to finally ask what’s taking so much time and then the staff seemed like very irritated, replied very roughly saying, “it’s in the oven and will take 15 mins”. I mean who will tel me this.

Then they have some Kachori chana and a few more recipes (quick bites) I asked for and very time they say they donot have this. So, they should either make the customer aware at what time is it available or not at all available. It keeps every bodies...

Today I went there while shopping in the mall, when I reached there nobody was waiting to order infront of me, still I had to wait for 10 minutes there just to place order and then when finally girl come from back she took my order but she even did not greet me and said “what do you want”? They need to work hard on their customer service. Then after placing my order, when I went to pick my order there was no dahi and I asked the girl “ can you please give me”? I thought they might forgot but she said they do not give it but I have been to so many different locations of rajdhani from Brampton to Niagara but this did not happen with me and I inform the same to that girl and also in their menu boards they do have the dahi the plate they are showing over there.
