Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Brampton

I wish I could give them stars in Negative but that’s not possible, placed an order 1.30 hour before closing at 2 . Plenty of time for them to prepare order and this Lady who is working there in closing shift (night) on Monday (23 Sept) has the audacity to tell customers that they can’t deliver with cash on delivery because apparently their owner Harjinder Singh has told them to tell people to pay before they deliver because it’s related to their driver’s safety and also, they have a policy. I didn’t see anything on the website before I ordered. I asked her if it’s the store policy, then show me if it’s written somewhere, she says we are working on it. So, now we can’t even order a pizza. I spent more than an hour explaining to them that it’s a residential area and driver won’t even have to get out of the car, we would simply pay him sitting in the car. But they said you have to come in the store to pay. Like, common sense why would I ask for delivery if I had the measures to come in store and pick up the order. SO SO FURIOUS ABOUT THIS BEHAVIOUR OF HER ARGUING OVER AND OVER. and manager/owner goes in the store for 2 days to tell these weird policies. What is the...

Utterly disappointed with the quality of pizza and more importantly the behavior of Shift Manager (Raman). My husband visited the store for the first time and ordered Veg pizza with EXTRA CHEESE and paid the amount. To our surprise, When we opened the pizza box at home, pizza was not cooked properly, the sides were thick, broken and dry. Also there was minimal cheese in it. The sides of the pizza were very thick and not chewable. When we reported this incident to the store, Shift Manager (Raman) started arguing with me and I was told that its your responsibility to check the pizza before pickup. Moreover, she started yelling at me. I have all the recordings. Moreover, I was told to bring the the pizza back and then she will issue a credit on our phone number. Its really awful and such a shame to management. She did not have empathy, instead of apologies, she yelled at me and did not listen. It was an occasion of our anniversary and she spoiled our occasion not only with the service but with her words.

Will not recommend anyone to visit or order from this store.

Very bad service. I came in last night around 10.40pm and ordered a Large Pizza for 13.99$ with 4 free toppings. The toppings were Italian Sausage, Beef, Pineapple and Red Onions. To my utter shock there was no Beef in the Pizza and onions also were not red. The Pizza was undercooked and very very poor in quality. I took up the matter to the girl who took my order and asked about my beef missing and pizza not having red onions and the pizza was also undercooked. She said there is beef in it and also the onions is white only and argued with me about the quality is good. She was also saying that she has been working for over a year and knows how to give or make pizza. We didn't want to argue more and came out with our pizza. Very unprofessional approach towards the client when you know it's your fault. Domino's staff is RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I totally wasted my $20 which included a Fanta and Garlic dip too. Literally had to throw away the pizza as it was not at all eatable. Never going to Domino's again with...
