Fresh Tandoori — Restaurant in Brampton

Tried the non-veg thali a few times. I’m usually really picky when it comes to eating goat curry at restaurants - but this is one I can finally say that meets my standards. Meat was tender and you could taste different spices like cinnamon, elaichi, etc. The butter chicken was also good - not over spiced and was made with fresh white meat chicken and a tasty tomato sauce. I like how the thali comes with hot fresh naan; made to order. The server was friendly and polite and offered dessert and drinks.

However, when you walk in to the restaurant, the lights are usually off and it’s usually pretty quiet. There was a bit of a musty smell coming from the tables as well - probably wiped down with a stale cloth. They need to work on the ambiance of the place - after all, restaurants are supposed to be social places and to be enjoyed. Dear Uber Eats Team,

I recently ordered food through your platform, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the items I received. Here's a summary of the issues with my order:

Manchurian: It was soggy and lacked proper cooking. Chana Kulcha: It contained hair and a white plastic thread, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the dish was poorly cooked. Buns: The buns included in the order were undercooked, not edible and I found a white plastic wire in it as well.

These issues compromised the hygiene, quality, and safety of the food. I believe this does not meet the standard expected from Uber Eats.

The food was inedible and not safe to consume. Please address this issue promptly.

I had an amazing dining experience at Fresh Tandoori! The restaurant itself is nice and clean, with a vibrant atmosphere that really sets the tone for a great meal. The vibes were absolutely lit—Punjabi bangers were playing loud and added to the energetic feel of the place.

Our server, Vanshika, was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The food came out super fast and was presented beautifully. I especially loved that the curry was served with a stand and fire underneath to keep it hot with every bite—such a unique touch!
