Golden Grains Bakery & deli — Restaurant in Brampton

I am a regular customer at your bakery and visit daily because of the delicious food and reasonable prices. I appreciate the warm and friendly service provided by most of your staff, who are always polite and professional.

However, I feel compelled to raise a concern regarding one of your cashiers. Unfortunately, I have encountered rudeness from her on multiple occasions, and today was no exception. While I don’t know her name, I can provide some identifying details: she is short, has blue eyes, curly hair, and appears to have started working at the bakery one or two months ago. I also noticed she carries a vape device.

This particular cashier seems to treat some customers with respect while being dismissive or rude to others. In contrast, the other staff members consistently communicate with customers kindly and professionally, which makes the behavior of this cashier stand out even more.

I wanted to bring this matter to your attention because I value your bakery and the positive experiences I’ve had there. I hope you can address this issue to ensure all customers feel welcomed and treated respectfully.

Visit for the first time this week the bakery on Clarence. I just love the all experience, the food was amazing, the bakery its very cozy and the service was the best I have add for a while!!!
