Patty Kulcha — Restaurant in Brampton

Food is good but service is extremely poor. Despite being promised a 10 mins service over the phone food was served 25 mins after and that too incomplete order. I had to cancel my kulcha as half of our group had eaten by then.

The prices are way too high for the ambience and the restaurant is not even lit properly. There is a projector and screen outside which was splaying videos however the one inside was missing a projector not sure what the logic behind playing videos for the parking lot is.

The prices are more than Mughal Mahal and Amritsari Kulcha Blvd but neither the service nor the ambience justify it.

The furniture in the restaurant is below par and gives a Dhaba feel.

Some of the drinks are priced at $13-$15, which is way more than a lot of find dine restaurants as well.

I visited the restaurant yesterday evening to try the patty kulcha. I’m not someone who usually complains, but I believe in giving honest feedback that can help improve service.

We ordered two kulchas and two drinks, and the total came to $55, which felt a bit overpriced for the portion and quality. What disappointed me more was the waiting time — we waited over 45 minutes to get our order, even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. Being a general manager at a food store myself, I understand that delays happen, but waiting that long while being one of the only customers inside is not acceptable.

Staff kept saying “2-3 minutes” every time we asked, but the order still took nearly an hour. The food itself was average — not bad, but not great either. The service experience made it hard to enjoy the visit.

We’ve visited this place before and had a great experience — the food and service were both excellent. However, our recent visit today was extremely disappointing, especially since we brought our family visiting from New Zealand and were looking forward to the same quality.

This time, basic essentials like napkins and glasses weren’t provided, and nothing was offered or checked on during the meal. We were aware that the patty kulcha takes 25–30 minutes, and we were fine with that — but unlike before, it didn’t arrive hot and fresh. The chole was served cold, almost as if it came straight from the fridge. We politely mentioned it to the server, who said she would bring a replacement, but nothing ever arrived.
