The worst service you could have ever imagine! I dont know if i should call it sexism or discrimination but this is what i felt from the way the owner was talking to me. This was the third time buying a cake from them because i had good experience with the stuff and the cakes but unfortunately this time the cake was looking so disgusting from inside, as if they have stick a third part of the cake vertically where the crust was inside the cake. Without talking about the burning and dry parts covering all the crust. I really wish i had taken a picture of the cake but i had guests and i didn’t want to embarrass my self more than what the cake has done. I was not planning to give a review about this but the way the manager was talking to me, i felt humiliated. And my message to the manager of this store , try to learn how to talk to your customers nicely and respect any young women coming into your store. They spoiled my husband’s birthday. Please understand that people normally order cakes only on special occasions so please don’t ruin their day by giving bad service. The cake that I received was spoiled and above all they didn’t write the note which I mentioned to write on the cake.
