I visit this Tim Hortons regularly at different times of the day. I’m very fond of most staff members at this place. They recognize me as a regular so it’s always nice seeing them. I wish I knew all their names to acknowledge them in this review because I do want to give them a shoutout for their hard work as I know it’s not easy having to do multiple orders for different services (Ubereats, Drive Through etc.). The staff have to manage a lot. Lately, I’ve been going more at night where there’s often only one person working and it’s usually the same person for me. Her name is Gagandeep so I wanted to give her a shoutout as she is the one person I always encounter on my late night coffee runs. If I happen to catch the names of the other staff members I appreciate, I will update this review.
Overall, this Tim Hortons provides the best service in the morning for me personally. At night, they tend to run out of things quite quickly and they are short-staffed so the wait is longer but I don’t mind it because I know the staff and also there’s only one person in charge of everything. My only real flaw with the evening/night service is that they tend to run out of things quickly which doesn’t make this location a reliable place for an iced capp or iced coffee during the night. I tend to walk to the other gas station location because they always have those items whereas this one doesn’t always have it available which is interesting because this gas station location is much more spacious then the other one up ahead.
I do really appreciate the staff at this location and their hard work. They always acknowledge customers and assure them that they are coming which is very much appreciated. Read moreI recently visited Tim Hortons and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and courteous. I placed a mobile order to check the new app too good to go and it was ready promptly upon arrival, which I really appreciated during a busy morning.
This app actually save food from getting waste and we can enjoy the $15 food for $5. I thought it will be old but all Items were fresh, just as expected from Tim Hortons. The staff seemed to work well under pressure, as the morning rush was in full swing but orders were coming out quickly and accurately. One of the employees even took the time to double-check my order and greet me with a smile, which made the experience more personal. He told me how to accept the order in app after reaching at times Hortons and then other employee came with box with different bakery items.
Overall, this Tim Hortons location offers consistent quality, good customer service, and fast preparation times. This location is in gs station on busy road that’s why very busy most of the time. I ordered medium coffee with 3 creams and 1 sugar but gave me one without sugar. 2nd encounter happened last week. I had my order of coffee but my wife told me to ask the woman at the counter something about the shake whether it's mocha or coffee. While I was talking and asking bout the shake, she interrupted and said if we want to order, we should come inside and make an additional order. Ridiculous. I was just asking not ordering.
