Never order from this company if you wish yourself good health. I have never rated any company in negative does not matter how bad the experience was but for this store, I wish I could rate 0. Such an insensitive staff. 🔔 Supervisor literally said she and her staff does not care whether I or any other customer is allergic or not. Which is definitely a big concern for the owners of this company. To be exact, I have always been ordering Garlic base pizza but for once they delivered regular base without consulting with me. When I called back to check they said they were running out of garlic base thats why delivered regular base. Without asking for reimbursement of money, I just let it go but did inform them that i was allergic to tomatoes and would not be able to eat it. Today again after asking for Garlic base they delivered regular base and when I called back to inform them that this is the second time they have done this. I let it go last time but this time i would like the replacement of the pizza. As I had not even touched the delivered one, I could return it. But to my request the head supervisor literally said that she does not care whether I or any customer is allergic or not, they are unable to replace my pizza. This is because I had ordered the same what I ordered last time. To my knowledge both the times i requested garlic base only. If the store was running out of garlic base and made changes to my pizza own their own, how customer is responsible for it. They do not even care about their regular customers. Overall the rudest and worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I guess concerned people of this store really do not care and will not wake up or improve their customer service until the company is sued or someone will actually die out of allergy. Just got off the phone with them after eating first slices. We ordered one whole wheat with jalapeño, mushroom and red onion and other regular base with green pepper, red onion and tomatoes. I had told them to have coriander and other free toppings on both. There was no coriander and both the bases taste like whole wheat. My dad does not like whole wheat base and it is his birthday today. The lady agreed that they might have missed the coriander but she was adamant that the dough tastes almost the same. So if they didn’t in fact make the mistake of making them both whole wheat, then it’s strange that both their bases taste the same. I tried to explain to them that they can at the least give me store credit because otherwise I will not order from them again. She said there’s nothing wrong with the pizzas. I told her that she can send anyone and check for herself. She said if I will not order from them again, then what’s the point of giving me store credit. LOL. worst pizza ever. First I ordered pizzas on call it was 2 pizzas when I went to the store they said it was just one. then they made us wait for half an hour at the store. someone picked up for me when it arrives it was something else. I called them again she was so rude when I asked her name she said its not in their policies. she can’t tell her name and she started saying by herself that we are harassing her which doesn’t make sense. She keep putting on hold again and again.
