Read moreThe management has changed and now this takeout place is open 24 hours. The food and service has changed for good. The owner/manager is very customer friendly.
Tried the Masala Dosa ($5)not amazing but for the price it is amazing. The sambhar is OK and the chutney which has peanuts and coconut is amazing.
Punugulu ($5) fritters are amazing. They were freshly made and super temperature hot. About 10 pieces per order which I shared, but I could easily eat two orders. Absolutely perfect.
The thali was the same as the older management. The curries very below average. The rice OK. They need to change the curries provided in the Thali
Updated the star rating. Older review below.
I have been here multiple times and I believe the ownership/management has changed 2 to 3 times over the last 2 years. And this visit has been the worst of all after the previous ones were going down as well. This was the last visit at this place.
My usual order is a Veg Kottu Roti and Veg Thali. The front place where curries are kept looked mostly empty and food looked stale, and I donât know what I was thinking.
The Kottu Roti had to be thrown away as it tasted bad and stale and had a weird taste to it.
The Thali most of veggies were the same - rasam, two other veggies went into the garbage bin as well. The rice, Daal carrots pickle and one more veg was saving grace but not nearly enough to eat with rice.
