Harvey's — Restaurant in Brampton

I've visited this location numerous times and on one visit I found a wrapper in my burger and when I brought this up with an associate she threw it in the garbage and offered me a new bugger, I refused and asked for a refund. What I assume was a manger came out and told me it was impossible for a wrapper to be in my burger and told me I would not be getting a refund, after arguing with her she finally gave me a refund for just the burger alone. Her customer service was terrible with out even inspecting the burger herself she just straight up told me I was wrong and was unbelievably rude about it!

After a few months passed and craving one of the bowls I decided to give them one more try,( let's just say I was wrong in doing so). My girlfriend found a hair in her bowl and when we went to bring it to an associate's attention, we were offered another bowl, but we asked for a refund instead. However, as soon as the manager saw me, she quickly refused and started to attack me, claiming that I was "sabotaging" her. When I asked to speak to a higher manager, she claimed that she WAS the highest manager, which was undoubtably a lie. Without another word, she stormed to the back and came out with a general manager who didn't even ask to hear our complaints. He straight up attacked us, saying that the senior manager said we have complained 4 to 5 times before, which again, was a lie. When he yelled at us rather than listening to our concerns, we told him that this situation will be reported to the harveys corporation and he said "go ahead, it's not like they will do anything about it. I own all of the locations in mississauga and brampton" and that "we will never serve you guys again." Infuriated, we took our refund for JUST the one bowl and left. I recently visited this fast food restaurant and I have to say, it completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the service was warm and welcoming. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and were incredibly patient and helpful as I decided what to order.

The restaurant itself was spotless—tables were clean, the floor was tidy, and even during busy hours, the place was organized and efficient. That alone speaks volumes about how well the team manages the crowd.

Now onto the food—absolutely delicious! The burgers were juicy and packed with flavor, the fries were crispy and perfectly salted, and the milkshake I had was rich, thick, and just the right level of sweetness. They clearly use fresh ingredients and take pride in their food. I was especially impressed by how quickly everything came out, and yet nothing tasted rushed.

What I loved the most is that they offer a great variety of menu items. Whether you’re craving something classic or trying to eat a bit healthier, there’s something for everyone. I noticed families, students, and even professionals on lunch break dining happily—which just proves how wide the appeal is.

Also worth mentioning: the prices are very fair for the quality and portion sizes you get. Excellent value for money!

All in all, this fast food place has become one of my go-to spots. Great food, quick service, clean environment, and friendly staff. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a satisfying meal without the wait or the fuss. Can’t wait to...

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Harvey's location for years, but unfortunately, the quality seems to be going downhill recently. My online order on March 18th, 2025, was particularly disappointing. The poutine was terrible—every other bite was grainy and gritty, almost as though the fries were overcooked or the fryer needed cleaning. This really made the dish unpleasant.

To add to the frustration, I’ve had another incident not too long ago where the burger I ordered was charred to the point of being inedible. Although I received a refung, the question remains how was this item able to leave the restaurant? These repeated issues, especially with online orders, highlight the need for the restaurant to prioritize quality control.

While I’ve always supported this location and appreciated its service in the past, these recent experiences are disappointing. I hope the team addresses these concerns and improves the consistency of their food preparation.
