Unarguably they make the best Biryani and one of the best Indian and Hakka Chinese restaurant within GTA! We heard good reviews about their food from a friend and decided to visit. We ordered Veg Biryani and asked them to make it spicy. The first bite of Biryani made us say 'Wow!' The flavour and spice were incredibly good. They customized the veggies as per our request and the portion size was good. We loved this dish so much, we had it three times within a month! Next we tried dishes like Veg Noodles, Veg Manchurian, Paneer Chilly Dry, curries like Mix Vegetables, etc. Their Chinese lunch combos are good too. We liked all their dishes, filled with flavour and taste. Their hospitality is exceptionally great. The owner personally came to ask us about our choices and review. Out server Bipasha's customer service was good too. This place is now one of our favourite restaurants!

Our team came to the resturant after playing a game, which means that everyone was eagerly waiting to hog. Thankfully, the resturant didn’t upset us and the food was delicious.. We ordered veg starters (tandoori paneer, Momos and Manchurian) non veg (chicken lollipop) and needless to say, everything was super tasty. Main course curries along with the breads were very well cooked and tasted really good.. Every single person were satisfied except our best player with highest strike rate (Ranjit), because he was busy texting and didn’t have time to eat. 😄 Overall dining experience was great and the staff took really good care of us.. It’s located in the downtown so one might need to plan well and find the nearby public parking before visiting. Added some pics I clicked while eating.

I recently visited Indian Curry Express and Bar, and I must say, it’s one of the best-maintained restaurants I’ve been to. We were a group of five and ordered a variety of dishes, including Tandoori Paneer Momos, Steamed Chicken Momos, Tandoori Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Fish Tikka, and both veg and chicken Hakka noodles. Each dish was served surprisingly quickly and tasted absolutely delicious. Located in downtown Brampton, the area can be a bit congested, and parking is limited, but the restaurant’s ambiance more than makes up for it. The servers were attentive, the cooking was on point, and the food was simply amazing. Everything we tried was flavorful and left us thoroughly satisfied. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I highly recommend it!

Well if you're looking for an authentic taste of India come to this place, we drove for 45 mins from Scarborough. Great food! Great price! Great service!!! Get the chicken momo dumplings and chicken pakora for the starters . For the main we ordered the Whole tandoor chicken, butter chicken, chicken korma and the hakka chicken noodles. With butter naan, garlic naan and another bread that I've completely forgotten the name of.

Depending on your tolerance for spice either go mild or medium, and for those who can handle the heat go for "hot".

On a side note make if you are preparing to feast on Indian food make your self a mango lasi drink to cool down after, here are the ingredients: ( this is enough for 6 people)

1 can of 800 grams mango pulp/puree 1 tub of natural yogurt 750-800grams 1/4 -1/2 cup of sugar 1/2 of water -1/4 of milk

Steps:

  1. In a whisk or bowl empty the mango puree/pulp
  2. Add the natural yogurt
  3. Add the sugar
  4. Add the water
  5. Add the milk Mix well with a whisk or by hand until all the ingredients become a smooth yellow drink. Depending on how sweet you want it add more sugar as required and/or add more water to lessen the...

Food tastes nice but sometimes they mess up pretty badly Once I order fry Momo. They fried it too much that it was as hard as rock and once they gave butter chicken gravy with soup momos . They messed up my thali once pretty badly . They are sometimes very careless in what they serve. Some Receptionist and food server are good but some have a very big attitude. They should really learn how to behave with customer and listen what customers say. Didn't like the owner and hated when they charged for small sauce. I was a regular customer. I used to order momos and other foods in a regular basis but when they said that it costs extra money for a small piece of dipping sauces to a regular customer who eats and orders regularly. I mean common man, is that how you treat your regular customer. The owner says you know 1 tomato cost 1$😂😂Crazy. I am never ordering from this regular restaurant. This restaurant is losing their regular customers. They should really learn small small things and should really learn how to maximize big profits by making more customers instead of running for small things like sauce...

I had a hankering for some Indo/Asian food so I did a quick Google search and found Indian Curry Express just around the corner from where I had a meeting near downtown Brampton. I went in mid-afternoon, a typically quiet time to have a late lunch. I ordered some tandoori seasoned chicken pakora as a starter, and then chicken lababdar (a nice change from sweet butter chicken) as my main served with rice and garlic naan. I wasn't expecting much more than just some decent food - boy, was I wrong - the food here is truly fantastic, fresh and flavourful without being overly spicy!! Decor is nice, and the staff very courteous. Since it was quiet, I actually had an opportunity to speak with the owner, who was very kind and friendly. My server, Afreen (I believe that is her name), was extremely helpful in suggesting dishes, and was actually quite a joy! :-) And no, this is not a paid review! LOL I don't usually do online reviews, just felt compelled to share my positive experience as this is a quality place serving quality food! I'll definitely come back next time I'm...
