I am the person who posted the review from Mahi Batra email , we all were together when we went there.. if the owner is talking about the camera footage I really wanted to tell the owner please share the footage here and I wish everyone can see it that there was a hair in the Momos from the beginning… I took one bite from the Momo it came to my mouth even I stretch that and show that to their staff and if the owner he is talking about the footage he could clearly see it that I was stretching hard that hair to get out of the Momos.. according to the food regulation your staff has to wear the hair nets while serving food to the customers.. But the Sad part is they didn’t even use gloves and hair nets while serving food.. they don’t care about the customer hygiene and satisfaction. You are talking about the money you have refunded.. fyi we just got one plate of Momos and ordered 2 plates with pops out of which we just ate 4-5 Momos out of only 8 Momos(very low quantity and price $16.99)and then there was hair in it, I really disagree with owners statement as I aware you guys as well.. it’s not about the money it’s about the hygiene .. if the owner itself is saying this to the customers then you guys can expect the services we had received from their staff members. The refund you are talking about … we had paid you for the services.. but we didn’t got the good services at not even the proper full food as you mentioned earlier you have footage just go and check , in that footage I was sitting in front of the camera.. how much food we received and where exactly the hair came from inside the momo.
I will take this matter seriously…. You should be shameful for the services you have provided.. instead of apologizing you are pointing us!!!
I really want you to tell please work on your hygiene instead of pointing out your customers and bring the truth in front of customers so that everyone can see the how the food...

I’ve been a regular customer at Delhi Momos and this was my third time ordering the Noodle Momo Roll via Uber Eats. Unfortunately, my latest experience has completely soured my opinion of this place, and I feel compelled to warn others.
To begin with, the quality of the food was shocking. The noodles in the roll were bland, overcooked, and lacked any kind of flavor. It tasted as if they had been sitting around for hours. The roll itself was a major letdown – the bread was so thick and stale that it was unpleasant to even take a bite. From the moment I bit into it, I felt a strong wave of nausea and had to force myself to swallow. The entire meal was inedible, and I could barely finish half of it.
It’s clear that the quality of food at Delhi Momos has taken a nosedive. The freshness and taste that I used to enjoy in my earlier orders were completely absent this time. It felt like they simply don’t care anymore about maintaining the standards that made them popular in the first place. Honestly, my money feels completely wasted.
I decided to call the store and express my disappointment, hoping for some kind of resolution. However, when I spoke to the lady on the phone, she was not at all apologetic. Instead of offering a solution or even an apology, she insisted that I contact Uber as it was their fault. How could it possibly be Uber’s fault when the food was prepared by them? There was no attempt to make things right, no offer of a replacement or compensation. It was just a cold, dismissive response. This lack of customer care was the final straw for me.
I strongly recommend that no one orders from Delhi Momos anymore. The food is stale, the quality is terrible, and the customer service is non-existent. Save your money and your health – this place has clearly gone downhill. I won’t be returning for a...
Read moreI had a really disappointing experience with Delhi Momos that I need to share. I ordered a meal that included a $6 chocolate as part of a one-on-one free offer, but guess what? They forgot it—again! Not only did they not send the one-on-one free chocolate, but they didn’t even send one single chocolate this time. This is the second time this has happened! When I called to complain, the girl at the counter suggested that write it in the special instructions next time ( about the previous mistake ,so next time I did mentioned about the last missing order but they denied to add extra item ,Seriously? They still made excuses when it happened again! They even had the audacity to say it was the driver who ate my order. Like, why would a driver eat the order when you add a good tip on it? This lack of accountability is just frustrating. I expected better from a place like Delhi Momos, especially after all this hassle.and also you guys not offering free meals to customer so you can miss the item according to you ,we spend good amount of money on it ,and we want exactly what we order .things happen it’s okey ..but again ..??customer do not want sacrifice every time.be responsible .we ordered momos every time from here but not anymore ..just wana say...
