Unfortunately We Have noticed That This Store Has Employees That Make The Store bad that Make the Food bad .. Example .. Today Is April 26th i Walked Into this store With MY Son at 450 Pm Est .. We Ordered A Deal With A Coupon .. The Lady At The Register Was amazing .. We Patiently Waited For Our Food for 40 Minutes .. Using Please And Thank You As I Am Trying TO Teach My Son Manners .. After A 40 Minute Wait We got our Food at 534 Pm Est And Proceeded To Walk home 5 minutes Away .. We Set The Table And Made The Plates And begin To Eat .. Suddenly My Daughters says Dad This Food Is Not Cooked ... After Investigation We Agreed And Proceeded TO Call back The store For A Return And Replace ... After Getting The Manager on The Phone ... my Wife Was Immediately Met With " We Already Know About Your Problem .. We Approved The food To Go under cooked Because your husband Was Waiting And The Lady gave Away Your Food To Someone Else ... We Apologize and Will Replace 6 Pieces Of Chicken For you " ... Are You Serious ... So Your Telling Me The Store Manager Knew That The Food Was under cooked Approved It And Then Waited For the call From Us ... What Does That Say About The Quality Of food , Staff , management , Or Kfc As A whole If They Can Allow Customers To be Fed Raw Chicken Knowingly And Decide To Call It Acceptable Food Service ... I Worked For years As A manger Of several food Stores . ... I Do believe That More Should be Done about This not Just A Food Replacement ... If my Kids had gotten Food Poisoning Or Get Food Poisoning Who Is To be held Responsible .. If I Am to be Treated Like This What Message Are you Telling Your Customers .. Read moreIf I could give it zero stars I would. Tonight January 14 I have decided to order KFC for my family. I placed my order online my order was supposed to arrive at 7:15. It was 730 and nothing had arrived yet so I decided to call the location no one picked up,I called a few times. I completely understand if it is busy or they are running late. I waited a bit more until 740 I had to call The 1888 number talk to them three times they transferred my call to the KFC that I ordered from.,no one picked up I tried calling no one picked up, called many times. Called again the lady said she sent an email to them asking what was up with my order. And also ask them to call me. No one called me back. So after one hour of waiting and not knowing what to do, not knowing if my order was going to come. I called in again After an hour of Waiting for my order or waiting for some news on my order but nothing so I had to call In and I cancelled everything. Not good customer service. Read moreThe people working at this location do not answer the phone so there's no recourse to have a problem rectified. First, They forgot to send our drinks and sauces with my order nor were there any utensils or napkins. The food was tepid at best. The poutines I received were lacking gravy and temperature. When you get close to the bottom of the poutine and there is not a drop of gravy that got to the bottom then you know that someone was not paying proper attention or didn't give a shit which I suspect is the case here because both poutines were lacking gravy and temperature. They basically flash fried the fries which had remnants of raw potato. The cheese curds were in their original form and were refrigerator cold indicating that the fries weren't properly cooked. My first big crunch chicken sandwich was overcooked but the second was fine. I've had this same order at other locations but never have I ever seen it this bad.
