I called Punjabi by nature Gore Road to find out that they had Begain Bharta and they said yes, but mistakenly I went to the airport location and they did not have Bharta and I asked the girls at the front can you make it they said sorry sir then I asked the manager but the manager Suman was so welcoming that she said don’t worry we will arrange for you. Not only that, her voice (Voice like Koyal soft, sweet, polite and melodious) and the eye gesture (Adorable Beautiful eyes) is a perfect example of how to do customer service while taking to anyone. Girl like Suman make me come to the restaurant I will definitely tell all my friends to come to this location I had the pleasure of dining at Punjabi by nature Airport Road, and I must say, Suman truly made my experience unforgettable Manager Suman went above and beyond to ensure that my request for Eggplant (Baingan Bharta) was taken care of at this location. Her customer service was exceptional, and she made sure the dish was prepared just as I hoped. The Baingan Bharta itself was absolutely delicious – perfectly seasoned and flavorful. Worst experience with sweets.. We recently purchased multiple boxes to celebrate the joyful occasion of our daughter’s birth. Unfortunately, we noticed a change in taste and the presence of fungus in the sweets just the next evening. We are extremely disappointed, especially since we had already shared these boxes with our close friends and family as part of the celebration. This not only caused embarrassment but also raised serious health concerns. We went to store to report the issue, but were asked to return when the manager is available. When we tried to speak to the manager by phone, our concerns were rejected outright. We were then asked to bring back the spoiled sweets, which had already been discarded by recipients due to visible fungus and foul smell.

This experience has not only caused emotional distress on a very special occasion, but also potentially endangered the health of those who consumed the sweets. The lack of accountability from the store is unacceptable. Also we were told that same sweets is still on the counter which we got last Friday.. means its still there from last 4-5 days.. they are just selling old sweets and playing with...

Ordered take out a few days ago from being in Brampton and read some good reviews. First impression when you walk in, very very clean. Staff were very warm and friendly. I ordered a lb of mitai ( 3 kinds of burfi (malai, pista and chocolate burfi) the chocolate burfi seemed to crumble with each bite and I was disappointed as this has always been my favorite. Also ordered jeera rice, naan, mixed grilled platter and chicken vindaloo. The mixed grill platter I found was overpriced for the amount of grilled items received. The best part about this dish was the chicken seekh kabob. The chicken vindaloo was a bit too sour and not enough spice. Being a goan, this is a staple dish of Goa and I found the chicken over cooked and not anything like a vindaloo should taste like. Also you can tell from the photo there is why to much oil. I paid close to $70 for takeout and felt it was not worth the money. I will say the quantity of each item was good. Disappointed...
