"This is by far the most outrageous and pathetic drive-thru experience I’ve ever encountered, and it's shocking that this McDonald's is still in business. After waiting in line for an eternity, I finally reached the speaker, only to be completely ignored. I sat there for several minutes with no acknowledgment whatsoever. When I finally spoke up, someone on the other end grumbled something unintelligible, and then—believe it or not—they outright refused to take my order! No explanation, no apology, just a rude ‘we’re not taking orders’ and silence. Are you kidding me? At a McDonald's that’s supposed to be open 24/7? It felt like the staff was deliberately trying to drive customers away.
I’ve never seen such blatant disregard for customers in my life. It was beyond frustrating, it was insulting. They didn’t even care enough to give a reason, let alone offer any solutions or assistance. Just a flat-out refusal to do their one job: take an order. And the worst part? The employees couldn’t have cared less—no apology, no professionalism, nothing. If this is how they treat people at the drive-thru, I can only imagine how disgusting the food and the inside must be.
This place doesn’t deserve to be called a restaurant. It’s a disgrace to the McDonald's name, and I'll never be going back. I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know to steer clear of this disaster. I honestly wish I could give zero stars. If you want to save your sanity and avoid being treated like garbage, do yourself a favor and go anywhere...
Read morePlease avoid the McDonald's at this plaza and save your self a great deal of wasted time and unnecessary angst!! We stood in line to order icecream for 10 minutes at the self serve kiosk. The order was not filled for 30 minutes after payment on line. Then an employee says "sorry no ice cream". Then they left me standing with receipt in hand. She came back few minutes later looking confused that we were still there. I asked why she had waited for 30 minutes? Then she went back and consulted her manager who said give them something else 🙄 or a refund. I asked to speak to the manager to enquire why the ice cream was still showing as "available" at their kiosk, when indeed there was none! Response was " my general manager did not want us to tell people we dont have ice cream". I told her that 45 minutes of my time was wasted and we customers should be informed when the machines are down. Ots commin courtesy! When I asked to speak to the general manager, she was conveniently not there, although moments ago I was informed that she was inside and was giving instructions. The employees, manager and general manager were very dismissive. This place needs to be inspected for customer service. ..nperhaphs food quality as well?. Its unfortunate that this location is ruining the experience of a simple treat, quick bite to eat for everyone. Brampton deserves better!!!
Manager's passing remark...fill a survey... is this what McDonald's mission...
Read moreInsane! I go at around 7:40 with a mobile order number. I wait, and wait, for 5-10 minutes until I start to get impatient. I then ask, “do you have any mobile orders” they then ask me for my mobile order number, I give my mobile order number to them. They go to their computer, look around for a couple of seconds, and don’t even acknowledge my question afterwards! I wait around for another 10 minutes, until my final straw in which I ask again if there was any mobile orders, they ask for my mobile order number, so I give my mobile order number to them, they ask for the contents of my order, to which I say, “two ice cream cones”, then they ask for the order confirmation from the app, I show them my phone, with the app open, showing that I indeed ordered two ice cream cones. They checked their computers once again, they tell me their computers said that they already gave my order out! I reply “then why am I here?” They FINALLY, after TWENTY MINUTES give me my TWO ICE CREAM CONES. Even if they gave me a refund, I would not be satisfied, they wasted my time, time with my family which I will never get back. Most of the workers in the establishment were just chatting, these people are the type to complain of being overworked, while they spend most of their working hours chatting away. How does the McDonalds franchise think of employing these teens, basically, this is comparable to a fancy restaurant having collage students as chefs. What...
