Mo'Cha Bubble Tea - Dewside — Restaurant in Brampton

I ordered 2 things: regular milk tea with brown sugar pearls and matcha milk tea with red bean, both hot, both less sugar. Sounds simple right? I also don't understand how so many problems came from this.

Let's start a list: Milk tea was cold Girl didn't bother to mention that they don't have red bean when I ordered and just didn't put it in. Then lied and said I wasn't charged for the topping. The milk tea was remade hot with full sugar The milk tea had no pearls in it at all the second time

Crazy. I didn't know you could be bad at making bubble tea but here we are.

Also, the bathroom had no soap, and the whole place had no hand sanitizer. Pretty gross.

I went yesterday to get Peach tea with tapioca and lychee jelly and the girls over there made it so delicious!! I went in the car and my husband tasted it and wanted same for him but no jelly and 50% sugar so I went in and asked the girls to make same drink but this time only 50% sugar and no jelly so they did, little did we know that tasted horrible, As soon as he tasted he was like wth sugar matters ehhh lol , now it’s the third time I’m going in again a little embarrassed asking them to fix it Please as it tastes horrible. Got sick! drink prep or improperly prepared tapioca pearls (raw and under cooked) caused wife and I to get sick after having our drinks. Strongly recommend not getting anything from here. Updated after reading owner reply - Both of us got sick after having the drinks, tapioca pearls are supposed to be soft and chewy not hard. Something in your drink made us sick if you don't think its the tapioca pearls please look into the rest of your ingredients.
