Oldskool Rasoi — Restaurant in Brampton

One of the worst food trucks in the whole GTA, (Fake hype, fake followers, they don't even know how to talk). Mainly because those two girls were full of arrogance and they misbehaved with my friend and argued at the end. My friend is vegan. He had mentioned to them that he wanted veg momos and asked them not to add mayo; however, when the momos were ready and my friend saw that they spread mayo on the top of the momos, when he complained this to them, then she started yelling at my friend badly with broken English, Hindi, and Punjabi mixed. Then their crew started fighting together in front of customers, and the other lady was blaming the order taker that she didn't tell me the customer asked not to add mayo. And then she was like, " I can't do anything now. You have to accept these momos and don't waste my time. You can check the sauce bottle; it does not contain egg. But when my friend asked to show the mayo bottle, she was like no, it's against our company policy. Then she again yelled at my friend. Even their other staff ( male staff was asking them to do a refund) she again yelled and said to my friend, "Why are you wasting our time and taking too much time? I don't want your money.". But the fact that my friend has paid in advance." And then she was like, "Oh, you already paid." Made weird faces. What kind of staff are they? They don't even remember what the customer asked and paid.

My friend even requested that they not argue and talk politely, but she yelled that it felt like she hao only learned how to shout. They don't respect their customers. Especially those two ladies. Will never visit this disrespectful business. This is not a business. It is like we are eating it for free. Worst food truck in gta.

(ISSUE WAS CAUSED BY YOUR STAFF ONLY AS MY FRIEND MENTIONED IN STARTING. ONLY THEN HE DIDN’T WANT ANY SAUCE. But it’s fine, you guys will not accept your fault. Learn some North American hospitality for real. Accept your fault. Move on because the guy already asked not to add sauce. And even if you add it on, then it’s your fault. Worst restaurant they have. So much attitude for no reason. They can’t even understand English. Let it be. Live in your own world. If you genuinely respect customers, accept mistakes, and move on. Learn hospitality.

I am changing my review coz they literally drop their food quality Ofcourse, i’ll more than happy to give full details, so we ordered a plate of hakka noodles, thats what I usually order from you guyz, if you’ll look at the colour of onions, they were literally black and I can just tell by looking and they weren’t fresh at all, there were more veggies than noodles, we even gave you a call to let you know about the experience, and what are you even saying about delivering food to the car. Don’t confuse me with another customer, we took our food, went home, and then called you about the bad quality, we weren’t even rude to any of ur staff and didn’t asked for the food to be delivered.
