This location is the worst I've ever seen. For starters the only two employees that do their jobs well are Lydia and Jan. Another lady named Pam is always on cash but literally never gets the orders right because instead of listening she's talking to other coworkers while you make your order. Sandwiches and drinks get made incorrectly all the time with almost no consistency and the place "stinks". I don't mean "stinks" as in it's bad I mean it smells like rank body odor all the time. And to top it all off when they get orders wrong they try offering replacements of less value to avoid refunding. No matter how many times I've complained to the manager nothing changes.
Edit: The link you provided in your reply to this review is broken. It just opens the Tim's app to the homescreen and doesn't take you anywhere to fill out any form. Tim Hortons really needs to step up their game as you are failing your customers. Your app is also garbage, slow, buggy, and forgets payment information for the scan and pay repeatedly requiring me to fill it back out over and over. Your cups all leak, your digital roll up the rim has ruined the experience for everyone, and your employees have little to no care about doing their jobs effectively. This location specifically is terrible and needs better management 💯 I just ordered a fruit explosion muffin this morning and got blueberry, and they also forgot to make my son's iced capp for 10 minutes while they served other customers. Ridiculous!
Edit: Now I'm lowering this review to the lowest possible score. Just got a farmers wrap 5 minutes ago and once I leave for work I realize they made it with no hash brown in it. Also 2 weeks ago I ordered the wildberry donut and it was filled with caramel instead of the jam/cream cheese mix that was supposed to be in it. Why can't this location just stop consistently...
Read moreI ordered my usual loaded bowl in person and made it very clear to the lady that I don’t want tomatoes in it. I always order without tomatoes at every other tim and had no complaints. Here, however, even after confirming twice, they didn’t seem to care. When I opened the bowl there were tomatoes all over it. I asked them very nicely about it and she completely ignored me and just said there is no tomato in it. I know they have a pre mix of tomato and cucumber, so everytime I ask them and they skip that mix for me. The mix was present in the bowl today. I showed it to her but she said its just one two pieces. Before I could say anything, she just walked away leaving me without any answers or solutions. I would have been OK about tomatoes in my order as it could be a genuine mistake but the way that probably Sri Lankan lady just turned me down and walked away even after seeing tomatoes in it, that’s really disappointing. I was in rush so couldn’t just wait for her to return so I walked out. I am attaching pictures. I had to pick out the tomatoes with every bite. I am allergic to tomatoes and if I had eaten them accidentally, I would’ve been sick right now. All because of their ignorance. Very disappointed.
Edit: I received an email and call from the manager to get my order replaced from the same Tim. I went there after a month and got the order for free. Though when I opened the lid in the car and found that they forgot to add the dressing/mayonnaise andI had to go back and get it done, I appreciate the compensation for bad service. Forgetting something is different but completely ignoring the customer’s request like that Sri- Lankan lady did is not acceptable.
Thank you to the Manager who offered the...
Read moreAs a frequent visitor to Tim Hortons, I had high hopes for a consistent and satisfying experience, but unfortunately, my recent visits have left much to be desired. It seems that the recipe for their beverages varies from location to location, resulting in consistently disappointing flavors. Whether it's the coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or French vanillas, everything tasted watered down and lacked the rich flavor I expect from Tim Hortons.
One of the recurring issues seems to be the lack of training for employees in the art of crafting quality hot beverages. Perhaps investing in better training programs could ensure that each cup is made to perfection, regardless of the location.
On a slightly brighter note, the bagels at this Tim Hortons location fare better in terms of taste, but even then, popular varieties like the jalapeno and four cheese are often sold out, leaving customers with limited options.
Thankfully, the savory pastries seem to be a saving grace, consistently available in both flavors and providing a satisfying option for those looking for a quick bite.
Overall, while there are some redeeming qualities such as the availability of savory pastries and decent bagel options, the inconsistent quality of beverages and frequent unavailability of popular items leave much to be desired. Tim Hortons would do well to address these issues to ensure a more enjoyable experience for their customers across...
