If you're a fan of delicious, hearty, and mouth-watering food, look no further than Philthy Philly's! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by the vibrant energy of this one-of-a-kind Philly cheesesteak haven. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making it clear they care about providing a top-notch experience.

The star of the show is, of course, the food. Philthy Philly's serves up some of the best cheesesteaks you’ll ever have. The tender steak is perfectly seasoned, and the choice of toppings—from classic provolone to jalapeños—lets you customize your sandwich to perfection. The rolls are fresh, soft on the inside with a slight crispy exterior, giving the perfect balance with every bite.

But it's not just the cheesesteaks! Their fries are crispy and seasoned to perfection, and the dipping sauces are an amazing accompaniment. Whether you go for the classic Philly style or explore other menu items like their loaded fries or tasty wings, Philthy Philly's never...

Recently, I posted a list of 8 restaurants that most people thought they were American but are Canadian on the Next Door app. My husband and I had never heard of Philthy Phillies and I love Philly steak sandwiches so we went on Friday (2025-04-04) at the one at 148 Queen St E. Really good service and good food. I took the Philly steak with provolone and grilled onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Added lettuce and got my bread toasted. Lots of Garlic Aioli. Shared a side of original medium poutine. My husband took the Philly steak and 3 cheeses. My conclusion is that I should have taken a Philthy size (I think it's a 6" or bit bigger) instead of the small one. The poutine did not have the squeaky cheese but it was probably diced strings and that was okay too. The medium size is good for 2 unless that's all you're eating. Food 4.5; service 5;...

What is this even? These cost way too much to be this dry inside, soggy outside, and the ends of the bread were rubbery/hard to bite. (Like when you microwave bread too long..) Got the largest poutine, but the box isn’t filled to the top.. almost 20$ for potatoes, and you can’t fill the box? Plus it tasted weird, like soap, or something. The flavour of the sandwich was pretty okay. I wish there was more meat, or sauce, or cheese, or idk juice from something to make it less dry. I needed a drink with it 😂 but the poutine is weird, too salty, too soapy.. and the portions are tiny for the cost. My bf could eat 4 regular sized sandwiches easily. So yeah, worth a try, but don’t expect something the size of a sub, that’s for sure. (And there’s no gooey...

food tasted great, seating was not enough. went with a 2 of my buddys and we had to sit at separate tables because the only have seats for 2 people a table. not the end of the world though. One thing though is the pop bottles in the fridge were like all expired. i told the worker that my drink expired 8 months ago. He quickly came to help and looked in the fridge to get me a new drink but they were all expired. he thought the dates were manufacturing dates but i showed him my friends drink which wasn’t expired and had the date ending in 2025. so after a minute or two he found one that wasn’t expired. Food though was good and filling just keep an eye on the expiry dates if you decide to grab a drink.

Complete waste of money. I ended up feeding it to my neighbor's dog, even he seemed disappointed. The bun tasted stale, almost no cheese on a cheese steak, I ordered green pepper, mushrooms and onions, almost none were there apart from 4-8 pieces of diced green pepper shown in the photo and the sandwich was so small and they have the nerve to charge $14.99 for it. Save yourself some disappointment and have yourself a can of Purina, the dog was happier with his rather than this sorry excuse for a sandwich. This place deserves negative 5 stats for calling what they serve food.
