San Francisco Place — Restaurant in Brampton

My son and I used to love this place, that was until this evening. After checking online when they close, we saw that my son had 35 mins to get there before they closed to get his large poutine, which takes less than 10 mins for them to make mind you. He walked there in the rain as fast as he could while I attempted numerous times to call in his order, only to be told that they were closing early, that they couldn't be bothered basically to make him a very simple poutine, and then was basically told to get out in not so many words. He came home soaked and actually upset about how he was treated by people who we thought up until tonight were very nice, professional and welcoming people. My son absolutely loves the poutines he's gotten from here, however, my entire family no longer wants to dine in or take home anything from here. It's a shame, to be treated so badly one time can ruin an experience that was looked at very fondly for a long time. Goodbye San Francisco Place, be kinder next time, maybe you won't lose another...

They have the best poutine around Brampton and from other places I've been to they r also the best however I just went to go pick up dinner for the kids and they're not supposed to close until 9 it was only about 8:35 when I called and they were closed and as soon as I showed up somebody was standing in the front and they dipped in the back quick so I wouldn't see them and they will NOT answer the phone so I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED as you close before you're even supposed to. What kind of business closes before they're supposed to if you your open till 9 you don't close before 9 because it's slow that's b*. And I'm even more pissed off now that I got to go spend double my money somewhere else. Also I have tried to go there two times after that including today April 4th 2018 and they are closed before 9 again I even tried calling around 8 or 20 after 8 and they were still close and they haven't changed their hours on Google Maps so I would have to assume they're still supposed to be open until 9 p.m.....
