Pizza Depot — Restaurant in Brampton

Very disappointed with the service I received this afternoon. There were 2 ladies in the store - Fairhill location. It was obvious, that the lady that attended to me, had customer service experience. The lady that was sitting by the window on her phone, was very rude and should not be dealing with the public. I simple asked if I was able to change one of my dipping sauces for something else. She started speaking in her language(which was very inappropriate) to the 'nice' lady at which point she started shouting at me that I cannot exchange the dipping sauce and I needed to pay for another one. I disagreed with what she said, then she started shouting again at me. I couldn't understand why I was being treated this way. Then I suggested getting back my funds for the entire order - that was when she continued with her aggression. Wow! I am still in shock. She eventually gave me the dipping sauce. But all that for a dipping sauce? Will not be returning to this location again,...

To all the vegetarians out there!! So me and my friend ordered a tandoori paneer pizza for pickup. They gave us a chicken pizza. My friend is Brahmin and has never ever touched chicken in her entire life.

We called them back to send us a new pizza and we would have sent them this one back. The person on the phone said because you are threatening us with putting a bad review, I won’t send anything and hung up on us.

Me and my friend went back and gave them the pizza. In the store also, the customer service people spoke to us so rudely. This is by far the worst place I have got a pizza from. How so ever tired you are, don’t make a mistake with food.

This was unacceptable. IF A PERSON HAS PEANUT ALLEGRY, YOU CAN’T FEED THEM PEANUT AND TELL A DEAD PERSON THAT YOU ARE SORRY, IT WAS A MISTAKE.

Terrible Customer Service, Rude and Unprofessional

Ordered pizza from Pizza Depot at 7:48, and it took exactly an hour to arrive. When I called to inform them that the pizza was cold, the lady on the phone rudely insisted it “couldn’t be cold” and dismissed my complaint entirely. Then another lady jumped on the line, and instead of helping, she snapped, “What is your problem?” I have been been ordering pizza depot from 12 years from bramlea branch. But this place is run by Rookies and bunch of unprofessionals.

They were more interested in arguing than resolving the issue, acting like they were running the place with a dictator’s attitude. The pizza was good, but with that kind of rude, dismissive service its no good all. Terrible customer...
