I recently ordered takeout from this place, and it was a very disappointing experience. I started with the chaat papri, which was completely tasteless — way too much yogurt and the papri itself had a strange, unpleasant flavor. Then I tried the aloo gobi, which was drenched in oil and lacked any real spice blend. It wasn’t even properly cooked; both the gobi and aloo were raw and hard to eat, even with roti. Overall, the food was terrible, and I wouldn’t order from them again. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude. The girl who took my order had an unpleasant tone, and when I asked her to be more polite, she brushed it off by saying it’s just how people from her area talk( i dont want to mention or insult the area name she took) you cant use that as a excuse for the choice of words and tone you choose while doing a job that acquire customer satisfaction and humble polite manner .That’s not an acceptable excuse for poor customer service. Today (27-07-2025): Very Disappointed – Wrong Order and Dishonest Service

I recently place a pickup order. I clearly specified what I wanted over the phone. However, when I arrived and picked up the food, I discovered that they had prepared the wrong item.

What made the situation worse was that instead of acknowledging the mistake, they insisted that this was what I had ordered. It's extremely frustrating when a business can't take responsibility for their error.

The quality of the food itself didn't make up for the experience, and the dishonesty left a really bad impression. I expect better customer service and basic accountability

Unprofessionalism at its peak. Ordered over phone, they gave me ETA of the 20 mins. I reached there after 25 mins. Order was still not ready to pick up. I waited for 25 more mins but no one cared at all. I would never recommend ordering it from this place if you are vegetarian, the served meat in vegetarian hakka thali , when i brought the thali to show them there is meat , they brushed it off saying there is no meat in this, would never recommend this place and the staff is pathetic, instead of apologizing for the mistake they did they rolled their eyes in the whole conversation and kept of saying this is not meat. I would never recommend this place. Such bad customer service and got no empathy.

Also , i just read the review one of the other customers had same issue. Of course it is a common thing for them at this point. For someone who is pure vegetarian it is a big deal and you denial clearly shows lack of customer service and support here. It might not a big deal for you but someone else it might be.
