Tandoori Grill — Restaurant in Brampton

The food is fine but the service is very poor and customer care is zero. Whenever I go there I see one or other customer being angry with them just because of this. I myself has faced this twice.

I like their biryani because they give good quantity in a lesser price but you have to eat right away. If you try to leave it for a few hours or the next day it will go bad. I took once 8 servings and they went all bad after 4 hours.

The girl with glasses on the cashier has no manners how to attend a customer. I'm always facing issues whenever. I am ordering on Phone and going there to pick up in order to save time but they will take double the time.

I wish the manager sees this and try to improve the service. I stopped doing groceries there, and also reduced my visits to food counter. They will keep getting new customers but certainly they will lose their regular...

I can't under the food because it was delicious. Really an amazing experience with food here. I was here by reference of my friend. Place is nice. Food is really different from others. But one thing, my friend also told me and I also experienced it was bad "the billing counter girl" There are two girl one is good but another doesn't know how to talk. She is short height girl with glasses, as my friend told, she also shown her attitude to us. As we were choosing our food to order and she was making annoying face and reacting with eyes like she is irritated. We just ordered two things and she was making terrible faces on us. My 2-3 different friends visited here and they also told me the same happened with them. I know we are all same students but at least she should know it's a service work and she should behave Good...

Tell me something - Do you guys know magic ? Being overtly exhausted I ordered for a little dinner at home - Butter Chicken with Aloo Kulcha - not only did it bring a smile to my face but my mood was instantly lifted as well. The Butter Chicken was creamy, delicately & perfectly spiced with the chicken itself so soft, juicy & succulent. The Aloo kulcha was generously stuffed well seasoned, delicious & they even adhered to making it a little bit on the crisper side. You guys are truly magicians at work. To send food in take away so tightly & hygenically sealed that the food arrived hot is another jaw dropping talent. Thank you for this meal - a silver lining to a truly exhausting day....
