New Pizza House — Restaurant in Brampton

Today, I ordered exactly at 7:30PM. They said ok and it will be delivered in 45 minutes. After 1 hour from ordering I called saying where is it, they made some excuse of the system having technical difficulties, and that to wait 10 more minutes. Then I called again 20 minutes after and said where is my pizza? They said again 5 more minutes. I called again 10 minutes after it had been almost 2 hours and I was starving, they said 2 more minutes and it finally came. Then the delivery man talked to me and explained about some excuses but I let him go and still paid the full money, because the thing is not about these $20 dollars and if I want to pay them or not it’s about the delay and excuses and inconvenience caused. I then looked at the receipt and saw it was printed out after my second call. The pizza was also cold? I had to wait almost 2 hours for a cold pizza? This is not the first time it...

The people that are saying the Pizza was "watery" are terribly incorrect. This place is a steal for pizza, in any occasion, whether it be game day, or casual cravings for an amazing pizza. There are two ingredients that can make pizza watery, the house sauce, and or vegetables. I order Tandoori/Indian style Vege pizza 80% of the time. This has never been the case because their crust is thick, and their sauce is the correct amount. The cheese is also distinctive in terms of good quality really good tasting. Their vegetables turn out to be well cooked, leaving no chances of a watery pizza. I've been a loyal customer since this location has opened, due to the fact it kills big franchise companies like Pizza Pizza. I will continue to be a customer because of their consistency. You cannot beat their price for the quality pizza...

Ordered for a veggie family and the guy misheard and thought I ordered ham. When we picked up the pizza we realized it's the wrong order and called back only for the guy to tell us that nothing can be done. he then said he'll call back and never did so we called and he said nothing can be done. I said how can you expect me to pay $16 for a pizza that no one can eat and told him to check his records because we were regulars and there was proof that we never ordered meat before. He said he won't do anything. So I had to drive there with the pizza and return and fight for the one I paid for. He charged me extra for the extra meat topping and didn't return the money when we got the regular 3-topping pizza. Never going here again and will make sure people I know won't order from...
