Totally pathetic customer service. Would never visit this location. Owners/ manager/staff don't care about the order. Tried once never again. Would have given -5 if had an option. I had pizza at other locations but this location is THE WORST. Don't think Pizza depot corporate will take some actions but I really hope they do so customers can have some good experience. The location doesn't have any option to submit any complain and would lamely ask to write the complain on a piece of cardboard. Pic of the cardboard attached where they wrote the email ID and asked to write the complain which they will throw in the bin. Response to owner: No one hung up on the manager so that is a total lie. We did speak to the manager Aradhana from the supervisor's cellphone after waiting for 30 mins and later we were told by the manager that, the manager/owner will get back to us on May 24th with a solution which is not done till date. Kim (given name by supervisor which seems to be fake) had us stay at the store and stalling us so we give up and don't file a complaint. The reason we didn't send an email was because it felt unuseful, but for your sake I will send an email and CC your corporate team. Let's see how you respond to that.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered a small pizza and cinnamon bread. I called first to ensure they had the cinnamon bread because every-time i order they get my order wrong and i order ONLINE!!!. I waited 1hr before i called and the lady said they didn’t receive my order. AFTER WAITING 1 hr i had to wait another 45mins for my order to get to my home surprise surprise THE ORDER IS WRONG!!! They sent the wrong bread/sticks the delivery driver went to the get what i ordered and when it got here it is burnt, what. Waist of my money. No one in my home can eat that. I have to throw it in the bin and this is not the first they are messing up my order this is number 3 . I will never order from this store again and i suggest others take their business elsewhere. This is unacceptable the pizza was cold after waiting 1hr and 45 mins. The pepperoni was burnt!! Overall a horrible experience with this place.. i do not recommend

I ordered half veggie and half chicken pizza.I received a wrong order which was completely paneer and no chicken.Upon contacting the store the girl (shift supervisor) argued and didnt told her name.She asked for the picture which I sent and she again said send me the pic in this style and that style.She argued the order is right and to enwuire I asked  about the markings on the box that identify between paneer and chicken she became rude and gave lame excuses that colour is same so you can have it .I order pizza every single week but this time its worst experience.Iam attaching the pic of the pizza and the box please go through it. Thanks Get Outlook for Android

I recently ordered from Pizza depot and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The missing slice from my pizza order was not only frustrating but also reflective of a lack of attention to detail and customer service. Upon receiving my order, I immediately noticed that a slice was conspicuously absent. I reached out to Pizza depot by call and gave them the picture to bring this to their attention, expecting a prompt resolution or at least an apology. However, the response I received was not only unhelpful but downright disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the error and taking responsibility, the staff argued and, shockingly, placed the blame on me. This customer service approach is not only unprofessional but also leaves a lasting negative impression. It's disheartening when a simple concern turns into a confrontational exchange. A missing slice might seem trivial, but it reflects the overall quality of service and attention to detail. In this case, it was emblematic of a lackadaisical attitude towards customer satisfaction. I had hoped for a pleasant meal from Pizza depot, but this experience has left me with a sour taste. I believe it's crucial for establishments to address customer concerns gracefully, and unfortunately, that was sorely lacking in this instance. I hope Pizza depot takes this feedback constructively and considers improvements in their customer service and quality...

Pizza was decent, however I would like a straight answer as to whether you have fresh garlic or not.

Background - received a call a few mins after placing my online order that one of my selected toppings was out of stock and to choose another one. No problem, I chose another topping. Then was asked "would you like ginger on it" to which I replied "no, but lots of garlic and coriander as mentioned in the notes." I was then told that they didn't have garlic, but could put garlic powder on it. I was skeptical as I've been ordering here for years, so I asked if not having fresh garlic was a recent change, or were they out of stock of that as well. I was told they've never had fresh garlic. Baffled/annoyed/wanting to get off the phone at this point, I just said okay and my pizza was delivered and it was fine.

My questions for whoever operates this store so I can get a definitive answer.

  1. Do you use fresh garlic, or garlic powder?

  2. If using garlic powder, as I was told by someone on the phone, why does your website say "fresh garlic?"

  3. If you use fresh garlic, why was I told on the phone that you've never used fresh garlic but can put garlic powder on it?
