Pizza Fame — Restaurant in Brampton

The management has changed and so has the accountability. Asked for the 2 large pizza offer which was 29.99. When I told them which 2 pizzas I want they don’t tell me those two don’t qualify. They applied the offer and added charges for toppings not once telling me. While picking they just apologized when I asked, all the while explaining how there system works. This would never happen with New city pizza from which they bought the business. Good pizzas but be careful about your charges. They don’t give you a receipt so ask for one or better yet avoid the place.

Edit after restaurants reply: When I ordered and asked for the deal it’s up to you to explain the two pizzas I ordered will incur additional charges and don’t qualify for the deal. Only when I went to pay did I found out. Also when I brought it to your notice you said it was your mistake. You just didn’t correct your mistake and you lost me...

I ordered once before a month and they gave us good deal and so I return back with big order . This time the lady I talked was so rude and for some reason she kept telling I’m busy ,I’ll call back . After 2nd time of calling she didn’t even hear what I was trying to say . Instead she kept arguing that sorry she won’t be able to give me even simple deal mentioned on their website & argued chicken is 2 topping and everything is expensive. I told her ok what would be final charge & she kept telling me sorry I’ll not be able to take order . Really?? The guy I talked when I ordered here first time was really good and gave me reasonable offer . But sorry I won’t be returning or recommend anyone to order huge order from here coz they won’t give u any good deals instead try...
