Swiss Chalet — Restaurant in Brampton

To Whom It May Concern; I am writing to praise this Swiss Chalet location for it's outstanding customer service. Thank you for the fantastic food and service you offered to me. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness, the cleaning and sanitizing of everything. Everyone is doing their part in obeying protocols. I would also like to mention the manager, Susan. Who I was greeted by. She is very friendly, outgoing and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. She was very conscientious about providing good service at her restaurant and customer satisfaction. Thank you and I will be definitely recommending this location and will return in the near future keep up the great work!

Everyone went above and beyond for my dietary needs. Making sure that I was satisfied with everything. Such a great atmosphere. I had such an great time.  I will definitely be coming back. Always been a fan of Swiss Chalet and this was my go to location. It had been a while since we'd eaten there so decided to order a work lunch today. Never been disappointed before but sadly that changed big time today. Placed a large order for a group of work colleagues. The attitude of the young lady at the pick up desk was indifferent at best. I asked her to ensure there were enough knives and forks and she told me they were in the bag. Get back to the office and we are short of one salad and 2 knives and forks. Chicken was barely cooked through (very pink) and the fries were barely edible. Over cooked in overused oil is my best guess. My colleague who placed the order called back to let them know about the missing salad and far from an apology, the same young lady refused to even acknowledge...said we must have misplaced it and then literally hung up the phone. Wow! If this is how they treat customers who place orders worth in excess of $125 with potential for further regular orders, I think I'll give my personal business to someone else in future as well. Not sure why this location has such a high rating. Went with my mom last Friday evening around 9pm. There was no host to seat us and no one at the bar we waited at least 10 mins before we were seated. The person did apologize for taking so long to be seated. Upon being seated we weren’t aware of any items currently not available on the menu. Wasn’t until my mom was ready to order the fish and shrimp meal that we were told that the fish had not been delivered for three weeks. Then we’re told that it would take 30 mins for the chicken to come out. We ordered appetizers they came out hot but the cast iron and parchment they were served on were freezing cold. Usually the cast iron is hot from being in the oven not sure what they are using to heat up the food. The waitress kept forgetting to bring items to the table such as water and lemon and my loaded baked potato. There was no pepper shaker on the table. When I asked for hot sauce I was given a cold takeout container with hot sauce in it. I requested no bacon on my loaded potato and received it loaded with green onions barely any cheese. I definitely will not be dining at this...
