I ordered just a choco lava cake with ice cream using skip from them but the lady gave the wrong order to the delivery guy. I informed the driver that its not my order and told him to take it back he said that’s what they gave him. I spoke with the store and they said that’s the order came with the same order number which is not possible at all and I told her that I can see the number in the app for my order and what she is telling me is completely different to what she replied ‘okay then just order again!’ I was furious how bad the customer service is I told her to provide me my order and she said that she gave the number to the manager whenever he gets time he will get to you. I understand that during night its difficult for a single person to handle everything all by themselves for which the store should have at least two people which would make things easy for the workers and the customers. Also improve the customer service. Teach your employees a little bit with customer service and the importance of it. I had a very bad experience I lost money and I got nothing at all. And I believe I am not going to order from them any more and will ask my friends also to stop ordering from them especially at night because they’ll give whatever comes in...

The menu is a perfect fusion of traditional Indian street food and modern cuisine, with dishes that are both familiar and innovative. The presentation is beautiful, and the flavors are simply out of this world.
The service is exceptional, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who are happy to guide you through the menu and make recommendations based on your preferences. They go above and beyond to ensure that your experience is memorable, and it shows in everything they do.
I particularly recommend the butter chicken sliders and the samosa chaat - both were absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor. And the mango lassi is a must-try - it's the perfect balance of sweet and tangy and a refreshing complement to the spicy dishes.
Overall, Street Bitez is an outstanding restaurant that has set the bar high for Indian cuisine in the area. I can't recommend it enough - it's a must-visit for anyone who loves great food and exceptional service. 5 stars...
Read moreWe went here to celebrate a birthday with such high hopes since it was a new place we wanted to try. We thought it would be fun, ordered a few dishes that we usually order everywhere, and were told it would take around 20 minutes.
We stepped out for a short stroll, came back in just 5 minutes, and to our surprise the food was already on the table. Honestly, that felt odd because dishes like noodles, chap, burger, fries, and momos simply cannot be freshly prepared in five minutes. The moment I touched the noodles, they were cold and clearly just microwaved. Every dish tasted awful, to the point where we couldn’t even eat it.
When we raised the complaint, the server didn’t acknowledge our concern, didn’t apologize, and just gave us a strange look. We told her we didn’t want to continue eating, but nothing was done about it. We ended up paying the bill, leaving most of the food behind, and going to another restaurant.
So not only did we have to spend double for dinner, but it also ruined our evening and the birthday celebrations. Overall, a really disappointing and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this...
