Worst subway experience of my life. I have been going to subway for more than a decade in US and Canada. My trip was on June 1st around 10:30pm. This was definitely the worst experience, I ordered a foot long Southwest Chicken and Guacamole Double meat and asked the girl to heat the sandwich up(slightly toasted). Another item on the order was a foot long Veggie delight. Firstly, there was hardly any chicken on the first sandwich so definitely not double meat , guacamole was not even visible when i opened up the sandwich to check. The chicken was cold as stored inside a refrigerator, I barely finished half my sandwich and my father ate the other half. The veggie patty was cold as stored in a refrigerator as my family was hungry we finished that sandwich. To our surprise everyone’s(mom, dad and mine) stomach was upset on June 2nd morning. I’m sure both the veggie patties and chicken were either not stored or cooked properly. The staff seems to be not trained on customer service properly(doesn’t listen to instructions from customer) neither on how to prepare sandwiches. This is a substandard food practice(business) and an official complaint needs to be filed against this location. City government and franchise should take notice of this outlet’s food license. To the Franchise owner of this location: just be thankful that I am not filing a complaint for food poisoning against you as a support gesture in these tough Covid times for small businesses , please improve on your service or shut shop to do something else. About a month ago, I came here and was denied access to the washroom, which was already frustrating. But today, things were even worse. At 12:36 PM, I was served by Amrit, and the way she treated me and my friend was unacceptable. She didn’t have crispy onions, and when I asked politely for a little extra olives, she flat out refused and said, “I won’t give you more.” On top of that, she carried herself with frustration and anger, almost like she was in sleep mode, not caring about the customers at all. Instead of being polite, she showed attitude and made the whole experience unpleasant. I used to work at Subway myself, so I know the policies and how customers should be treated. The way Amrit behaved is completely opposite to Subway’s standards. She doesn’t know how to work properly, doesn’t know how to handle customer requests, and most importantly, doesn’t know how to make customers happy. Honestly, she doesn’t belong in customer service if this is the way she is going to treat people. Read moreToday i placed an online order and chose the option of grilled sandwiches. When i picked up order around 8:30ish pm, no one notified me that the sandwiches are not grilled as the grill is broken for the moment. When i reached home, and opened the sandwiches, they were not grilled. I called the store, then the employee told me that their grill is not working for now and it’s broken. I told the employee that they should mention me when i picked up my order in-person. Then employee behaviour turned into rude and disrespectful, stated she will remove the option of grilled sandwiches from online app, and hung up on me without even listening to me, and never answered my call, when i tried to call them again. This is not the first time it happened, last time they added black olives to my sandwich, which i am allergic, and employee told me to just remove it from the sandwich and eat it, as allergies are not a big deal for this store employees. I reported that issue to the head office. And i reported this issue to the head office again. I hope the head office will connect to the manager of this store, and ask the manager if they could re-train their employees regarding professionalism, customer service, behaviour, and sandwich making.
