I recently tried Thinusha Take-Out and Catering in Brampton for take-out, and my overall experience was very good. I ordered the chicken fried rice along with a roll of sweets, and both items turned out to be enjoyable. The chicken fried rice was delicious, flavorful, and served in a generous portion that easily filled me up and could even be shared if you’re not too hungry. The roll of sweets was also a nice treat to end the meal and added something extra to the experience. One of the things I really liked about this place is that they don’t hold back on portions, so you definitely feel like you’re getting good value for what you order. Since I only ordered a couple of items, I can’t speak for the entire menu, but from what I experienced, the food was fresh, well-prepared, and satisfying. I didn’t dine in — just picked up my order — but the process was smooth, quick, and convenient, which is perfect if you’re looking for a good take-out spot. Thinusha Take Out and Catering is hands down one of the best places in Mississauga for authentic Sri Lankan and South Indian food. If you’re a fan of biryani, this place will not disappoint! Their biryani is packed with flavor, perfectly spiced, and comes in generous portions. The chicken dishes are equally fantastic, especially their Pongal, which is both hearty and comforting.

I am a loyal customer here and my experience today was anything but pleasant. The number I called wasn’t working, the one that’s listed on this website. Kept going to voice mail so I couldn’t place my order prior to arriving. Then when I got there they were so busy took 10 minutes to order my food. Afterwards, I asked someone behind the counter how long and she said she doesn’t know because she didn’t take my order and I had to wait for my order person to answer that question. My food was ready on time, but it took another 10-15 minutes to bring my order to cash. Ppl who came after me were cashed out and they’re taking multiple orders at the same time. I had to raise my voice to get my order to the cash and beg them to cash me out. The food quality used to be amazing. This week it’s been done haphazardly without much emphasis on taste. I’m disappointed in the service and food today. I will not be returning. First go back to your original quality. Secondly, ensure you hire ppl who have good customer service skills.
