On June 19th I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 kids meal chicken nuggets. The cashier asked if I can go park and come back around in 3 minutes because the nuggets are not ready. I went back through the drive thru and the young lady gave me the 3 kids meals but forgot to give me the kids meal drinks. I noticed I did not receive the drinks half way home. I called and informed the manager that was working that time and the lady said anytime I am in the area I can come back and get the drinks. The manager asked for my name and phone number and stated when I come I should just tell them my name and I will get the 3 drinks. I was in the area today and stopped by this store to get the drinks and the manager on shift around 12:00 pm stated that she needs the time I came on June 19th. The manager was very argumentative and stated she would need to speak to her district manager. I showed the manager the transaction that was made on my debit card which detailed the date the transaction was made, the store location and the store phone number. The manager replied that she still needs to speak to the district manager. The manager on shift during the day was very disrespectful and seemed to not know how to problem solve. Read moreI ordered a bunch of things and added a free item using the app but restaurant refused to give it to me because they said the free item wasn't in my order list. They were right. The app deducted the points but not adding the item to my order list. I showed the staff the point deduction history and it clearly showed I ordered the item using the point but the staff still refused to give me the free item. What's the point of having this nice app if you don't want to reward your customers! Honestly, without the reward points, I might still keep coming back to them because I like the quality of the food. I am sure I wasn't the furst customer who was tricked by the app but I hate the way how the staff handled the situation. They refused to give me the item as if I was claiming something from nothing. They admit it was the app's error, but refused to compensate. That's not acceptable. The restaurant staff made me feel so embarrassed. I do not want to come back ever. Read moreThey are so bias at the drive thru, there are a lot of people starting out that might not have cars or walkby and want an order. This has not happened before but when there is especially no crowd, they should provide service to passerbys on foot. They didnt even open the window and guving hand gestures implying that we can not provide service. I know its a drive thru but i find this so biased. Like you need to have a car just to order something in the night even if its a frostie because they just dont want to cater, they will say they dont have any of that item. I am quite shocked by this and if other fast food franchises do this, this is so unfair and I will never ever set foot there. This definitely gives a bad name to the brand as a whole. Thank you for no service at all and shunning people.
