Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Brandon

I was badly treated by the "manager" at Brandon, embarrassed and rudely attended to because of my English language , which wasn't even wrong

details; I was severed 3 ghost pepper sandwich "full meal" with my sister , while we were eating in the car we noticed that "serviettes" wasn't in the meal bag I had to go back and ask for some , and the manager rudely asked me to leave that she doesn't know what i was talking about, on hearing that i got sad and humiliated i kept repeating and had to use the sign language to explain myself better

and then she goes "I should say napkins not "serviette" however my sister stepped in and tried to correct her on the manner of approach not being nice, she slammed the window at her and called the cops

what for? exactly , what did we do wrong, serviette and napkins are synonymous , however we waited for the the cops to arrive and explained what happened.... I have never been this embarrassed in my life. I feel very sad please look into the character of people you put in to serve people. I love popeyes ghost pepper chicken sandwich with lemonade but I don't like the customers service

I don't know how to start this review other then WOW!!!! I was coming into Brandon Man. late and knew there would be nothing open when I got there, so I thought I would call the location and ask what time they would be there until as they closed at 10:00. The gentleman replied what time would you be getting into town? I said about 10:15- 10:30 barring any issues. He said that would be OK, as he would wait for me. He said he was the manager and he would make sure there was food there for me. I thanked him and carried on. I actually got there a about 10:05 when I knocked on the door he came to it and said,"Are you the "TRAVELLER" I said yes I was the one who had called earlier at about 8:00 pm he said come in and let's get you fed. I ordered my food he gave me some biscuits for free and then gave me 15% off my order aswell. He called me the "Traveller" again and asked me to come back anytime. I know that to some people, it would be expected for him to say that but he genuinely meant it. I thanked him again for his kindness and generosity and proceeded to find my hotel for the night so I could eat this great fried chicken dinner. From the...

The amount of people that hype this place up is mind boggling. I did 3 trips here since it opened and I've yet to get good food or my complete order. I figured it was because it was busy the first time so I went a 2nd time. It was less busy but still got salty, dried out, left in a rack too long, chicken. I let it slide and gave them 1 last chance. The inside was basically empty, 1 car in the drive thru and lots of people working, I was excited. Well! Boy was I wrong! It was the worst chicken I've literally ever had, it was sooooo stale and was so dry and nasty we couldn't even eat it, it actually hurt the roof of your mouth to chew it up. The fries were soooo old crunchy and gross and the biscuits were hockey pucks painted brown. It was so bad the pop didn't even taste right, it was syurp water. This place is not good, it's all hype because it's new. 3 times in a row...
