Today i recieved skip the dish or just dash from this location.... it was not my order. I had not placed a delivery order with them. But it arrived on my doorstep with the driver just leaving it outside. I called 4 different subway locations looking to see if one of them had an order that matched the order number on the slip. This location did. I told them about the mix up and suggested they contact skip and the customer to straighten this out. I even offered assistance in getting the food to the right person in case the driver dropped it off on the wrong house number on my street. I was willing to run it over. The young female employee said to me "you will have to call skip and get them to deal with this we cant do anything". I was floored. I work for a restaurant, and i know that the restaurant has access to skips service line and the customers contact number. I informed her of this. She appeared confused and eventually said "ok we will take care of this". Im 90 percent certain it was only to get me off the phone. I again told her that i would hold on to the food and run it where it needed to go if she could just get the adress for me, or if not i would hand it over to a driver if they contacted skip and sent him/her back. Nothing developed of this conversation. I have no idea who the customer was, if they got a remake, a refund or anything. I am outraged on their behalf and as someone who has spent his entire life in the food service industry i am very disgusted by the employees lack of care to resolve this.
