barBURRITO — Restaurant in Brantford

Simply revolting. I tried the burrito today because it was one sale for $6, and I can tell you that I will not be returning. The worst part of my experience was the long, curly, black hair that ran lengthwise down my burrito from head to toe, as if it were a measuring tape. I was hesitant, but pulled it off like a sticky bandage and took a bite. From there I came to find that the flavour of the burrito was honestly a little gross, and the sludge-like consistency of the beans was a big turn off. Unfortunately, i had to toss the burrito in the garbage and waste my $6. However, this story does have a happy ending. I went to a competitor in town and ordered a spicy chicken burrito, and to my surprise, every hair remained in the cook's head and didn't sneak into my meal.

Poor first experience here. Not horrible but the chicken looked off, was dry and looked old. Or maybe came out if a plastic bag. Either way, it tasted bad and dry and old and it ruined the whole burrito. Not to mention, they were old of the spicy chciken I wanted, so she tool the normal dry looking chicken and put it in the spicy bin, and then squirted a random amount of hot sauce , which ni think was too much, into the bin and mixed it up in front of me. We often order from Bar Burrito and they always do complete justice with the quality of food except for this time. We ordered ground tacos for the first time which were really good along with a regular burrito which wasn't as flavourful as expected but what was more disappointing was the quesadilla as it was burned. The tortilla was burned which ruined the taste. However, we report about this and they immediately compensate us with the money which shows their commitment and loyalty toward the customers.
