Pita Pit — Restaurant in Brantford

If I could give 0 stars for this location I absolutely would and not for the food but for the CUSTOMER SERVICE! The sad part is I can make a salad at home but I choose to support local business hence why I “CHOOSE” to come spend my money here. There are two females at this location in particular that seem to lack the understanding of what good customer service skills entail. They feel it is cute to have a mean girls attitude while serving people their food and I am actually quite tired of it and will not be returning to this location after today. The snarky attitude is not needed. People come spend their hard earned money and support this business. The least you can do is have pleasant people working and representing your brand. It always seems to be the same two that give this attitude and had I not had to go back to work today in a hurry I would have had more words to say while there.. FOR THE LAST TIME. The worst one is the one with the bull ring in her nose.. Do better! You are not leading by example with your attitude and the next one feeds off of her completely. Do you guys think customers don’t pay attention to everything you are doing while handling their food? Your attitude was disgusting today on so many levels. Staff was wonderful. The store was kept clean, but extremely hot does not feel like it. There’s any air conditioner no airflow through the place. Definitely wouldn’t be able to sit down and eat in here. You’d be hot just sitting there and then hot food you’re eating. That would be just uncomfortable. I might as well just sit in my car and eat the hot food. It’ll be the same thing… message to the owner since there is a contact number for reviewing just letting him know it was extremely hot in there but it seems like he is very argumentative and stating that my review that I am going to post is Fake… Which is really sad for a business owner to be saying those things to a customer when a customer is just leaving a feedback to him since he leaves his number on the wall to contact but then gets upset when you contact him I would say that’s kind of unprofessional won’t be back in the summertime for sure. Way too hot. Would have love to sit inside to eat my dinner, but couldn’t because it was extremely hot inside.

So we go into to Pita Pit on henry street brantford. First the staff looks miserable. Im like ok maybe just a bad day. I order my pitas and the girl just rushes it. Doesnt even let it cook long enough on the flat top. Then i go to eat it. I have nasty brown lettuce and my pita is literally falling apart and i havent even taken a bite. So this was a struggle to eat. My wife had the same problem. She had slimmy spinach and rusty old romaine in hers, which is also falling apart. Look to the counter there is now no staff at all out to deal with customers. I look through there window and there all just texting back there. Could care less about their jobs. Then the skip the dishes lady comes in and just pushes my wife outta the way to get in and slammed the door in her face which i held open for her. So overall this is not a pleasent experience. I dont know if i would like coming back to this location due to the lack of pride shown at this location. It also doesnt teach what they preach. Everything in the place is about freshness and it is not even...
